I have been very fortunate to be able to buy four new houses over approx 25 years, in Hertfordshire Suffolk Gloucestershire and now Caldicot and without doubt the process of buying at Nant y Castell in Caldicot was very enjoyable and probably the easiest. Melanie in the Sales office was exceptionally good at making the process enjoyable and stress free. Her people skills and ability to fully answer our questions was first class and very well informed. Chris the site manager and Dan and Ashley , Chris's assistants ably assisted us in making adjustments to small but important jobs for our new house and all our concerns were taken care of without any hesitation or issues and we thank you for this 😀

If anyone wants to see exactly how david wilson have treated me I have hundreds of emails proving their broken promises and lies I will update if I actually hear from them

The one thing I told the office staff is that when I make this purchase, you need to ensure I can do certain prayers before the building work started on the property. Cut a long story short, they gave me a 5 minute window. When I got to the house, I was introduced to Dan, the Manager. He could see I was rushing to get everything done within 5 minutes. He let me take my time doing my prayers which must have lasted for 20 minutes.Ever since that moment, I knew he was a blessing. Dan and Valentine both made the whole transition of buying my home so easy and peaceful. There is never any issue that is too much for them. And everything is done with effortlessly, peacefully and with a smile!They are true assets to the company!Thank you so much!

Still battling to get drain issues sorted. So often there is a putrid smell outside of my home as well as inside from the shower and utility drains. I have reported this several times ( most recently 3 weeks ago but no one has investigated further. I know our link person has reported this She is not at fault . I am not the only person to be suffering, my neighbours are having the same problem- in fact the smell is so great it can be smelt on walking into the Estate. The builders are due to leave the Estate by the end of May and something needs to be done before they go. A drain inspection is definitely needed and a video report. Definitely don’t expect such issues from a so called 5 star builder!!
