She honestly couldn't have done more, any query we had or if we needed help chasing solicitors she was there and did everything she could (also listened to my many OTT worries or concerns along the way). FacebookFrom the valuation of our old home to the purchase of our new, Matt, Jason and Georgia impressed us with their personable nature and very knowledgeable input to facilitate a very fast and incredibly smooth sale whist also persisting with our intricate purchase. The care and attention to detail that Caroline put into taking our photos was second to none and certainly more than helped sell our house! Our purchase was swamped with issues right from the beginning, however the sales team (and in fact the whole office it seemed!) were always on hand coordinating our case between the multiple parties and providing frequent updates along the way whilst also organising multiple viewings as the case progressed. We were very impressed and were left reassured after each phone call to them. We would certainly recommend Derbyshire Properties when selling or buying your house!

FacebookFix problems addressed at time of rental. I. E. Broken windows, with dangerous shards of glass, faulty electrical outlets. Rent includes washer/dryer. Washer never worked. Serious health dangers by renting properties that are RAT infested.

FacebookMade very little effort to sell my property from the Alfreton branch. Extremely disappointed. Tried numerous times to speak to Jason but no response.
Glad I’m not the only one! Then have the nerve to charge u when u take it off the market , don’t know any other agents that do this !

GoogleJust completed our house purchase, then sale of our old property shortly afterwards, with Derbyshire Properties. Very professional, friendly and attentive service right from our first viewing of our new property (with Jason), placing our old house on the market (Matt) and the regular follow-up from Amy and Georgia in the Belper office to make sure everything was completed. The marketing materials (house description / photos, etc) were very well done. We would strongly recommend DP to anyone in the area looking for a new house or to put their own property on the market - or both!

FacebookWe brought a house through Derbyshire properties this year and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Georgia looked after us from start to finish. We were able to book a viewing for the following day and she answered all questions we had regarding the house. Georgia ensured we placed the correct offer, chased up the solicitors when they were being slow and kept us up to date with any new information. Thankyou for making everything easier.
