We recently sold our house and bought a bungalow through Derbyshire Properties. Our house was so professionally pictured and advertised it sold straight away and for the price we asked for and for more than other estate agents told us to. The team at Derbyshire properties were brilliant helped all the way through the process and nothing was to much trouble for them. Kelsey kept us well informed and was very quick at chasing all our questions about the sale and buying. Sale of Agricultural Land Jordan at Derbyshire Properties found a buyer for my land within 2 weeks of marketing it. I had previously had it for sale with a well known agricultural and land 'specialist' agent unsuccessfully for 2 years. I was very disappointed at their lack of success and asked Derbyshire Properties to sell it for me. We used Derbyshire Properties to both sell and purchase a property. Jude was very helpful when he came to value our property and the photos he took were top quality. Off the back of these we had 11 viewings within 2 days of our listing going live and sold within a week! Jude from Derbyshire properties was absolutely amazing! We had a bad experience with an online agent so wanted to chose a good agent with excellent local knowledge which Jude has in abundance. Another stand out service he offered was the quality of the photos. The marketing really made a difference and we think him for that. The only negatives we experienced was having to constantly chase after we secured a sale as we had a long frustrating chain and it felt that Kelsey was overstretched on the sales side. It wasnt her fault at all and she was lovely, but she seemed to have too much work for 1 person so thats a service issue for the business not her! Thank you all

Absolutely love this estate agents. I've brought and sold through them now and both times have been a pleasure. Firstly, Jude came to do the valuation and he is really professional yet friendly enough to make you feel really comfortable. Onto Esme who did all of our negotiations... What a diamond she is!! Always returns emails/calls, always there to provide advice when needed & most importantly, her professionalism & personality is just golden!!! Finally, Kelsea who took over to see us right through to completion. Nothing is ever too much for her. My partner called to view a house we have seen in the local area, the agent asked if our house was up for sale etc (it isn't as we were planning on selling in the new year but the house that we were interested in was just what we were looking for). She said she would contact the seller and call back, we have heard nothing. I suspect this may be due to the fact our house isn't up for sale, although it would seem a good business opportunity could have been taken as they could have valued our house and put it on the market. If they can't be bothered to get back to us I certainly wouldn't use Derbyshire Properties on the knowledge they so easily pass up prospective buyers. Seems strange that a business with a sole purpose of selling and buying houses isn't interested in doing either.

AVOID! Absolutely disgraceful service and communication from Bev and her team in Alfreton. Firstly they shared my contact details with the exB, something they were told specifically not to do, due to ongoing and persistent abuse and a court order. Then they did it again! I informed them prior to signing any contract I would need to advertise with multiple agents - the contract given to me to sign was a 20 week sole agent, which I didn't spot, along with all sorts of financial clauses. There was a delay in listing my property, with no communication. The listing contained multiple errors, which were not corrected for weeks, until the listing was shared on social media and I highlighted the errors again. The professional photos were taken by the office sales person. I created more interest myself and through social media friends than DP did. When we eventually had a viewer, the Estate Agent arrived very late, when the viewer was leaving. The Estate Agent didn't inform me she arrived late until days, nearly a week later falsely claiming floods had caused her delay, and that she had rang the viewer to let them know, which they informed my neighbour they were annoyed she didn't turn up when appointed. When I queried the activity the estate agent claimed to be undertaking, there was no responses, yet demanded immediate replies to other emails to myself. The agent dropped my listing after I asked them to explain damaged caused to my house after the viewing, claiming my emails had "a tone" . Totally unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend or use again.
