FacebookEveryone at the Belper Office has been excellent throughout the sale process. Particular thanks go to Jason, Hattie and Georgia who kept us informed throughout, what proved to be a long and tortuous period between acceptance of offer in July and completion mid December. Highly recommended.

FacebookFrom the valuation of our old home to the purchase of our new, Matt, Jason and Georgia impressed us with their personable nature and very knowledgeable input to facilitate a very fast and incredibly smooth sale whist also persisting with our intricate purchase. The care and attention to detail that Caroline put into taking our photos was second to none and certainly more than helped sell our house! Our purchase was swamped with issues right from the beginning, however the sales team (and in fact the whole office it seemed!) were always on hand coordinating our case between the multiple parties and providing frequent updates along the way whilst also organising multiple viewings as the case progressed. We were very impressed and were left reassured after each phone call to them. We would certainly recommend Derbyshire Properties when selling or buying your house!

GoogleReally disappointing experience and so upset. Left my details over phone and rightmove re a property and wanting to view same day it was advertised. Had no reply and just assumed were waiting to get keys to only find out i just was ignored and not even given opportunity to view and already let.

We were able to book a viewing for the following day and she answered all questions we had regarding the house. Georgia ensured we placed the correct offer, chased up the solicitors when they were being slow and kept us up to date with any new information. Thankyou for making everything easier.

GoogleJust awful. We were lied to about property details in writing via email, our offer wasn't put forward properly, and the manager tried to deny any wrong doing even when presented with written evidence. When we challenged him he banned me and my partner from calling his agency even though we were buying a property from them (had to go direct to the seller and solicitors). The most unprofessional business I've dealt with in a long long time. If zero stars was and option, Derbyshire properties would be very deserving of the rating.

GoogleAVOID at all costs Having contacted the alfreton branch to get advice on marketing my property I was met by a extremely rude mouthy TOO many names to list lady on the phone who spoke over me and told me to go to another company and ask 😳 and put the phone down on me Absolutely appalled there for I will definitely be listing my property else we’re when potential customers are treated this way I would really suggest a re think on your customer service skills and definitely some training handling customer enquires is needed .
