GoogleDendrow were very helpful in finding us the perfect flat. Once we found the flat we liked they were very understanding of our needs and worked hard to see that they were met. Simon of the Ealing Branch was very helpful, answered all of our questions promptly and insured that we felt comfortable in our new home. Much better service that I’ve previously experienced renting in London. Thanks

Dendrow just let out my flat once again, the last tenant needed to move out during the term and Simon proposed finding new tenants on pro-rata fee basis, which I thought was very fair. Very efficiently done, lease drawn up quickly, tenant checks done with credit agency, really happy to recommend once again.

GoogleIf you want any PRIVACY or RESPECT, this is NOT the agency you would choose! This morning the manager Saam Forouhar with his clients just broke into our flat without letting us knew. Can you imagine when you are in bed while someone just opened your bedroom door?! Not to mention when we got this flat one year ago, we had to install every of our tables by ourselves! Yes, piece by piece! No lock or keys to each room. No privacy. Plus, we found the dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer were too disgusting to use. But we decided to clean them by ourselves. And the oven is not useable as well. Yes, for one whole year we have been reporting these issues but none of these fixed.

FacebookI rented a studio in Ealing through them last year. There was no useable shower when I moved in, which should have been checked. However, the agent was helpful in putting pressure on the landlord to fix it. The agent did not shy away from all responsibility as many rental agents in London do and was generally helpful throughout the tenancy, despite there being some issues with the flat. I also got my deposit back as promised and the agent was present at checkout.

The staff are friendly and responsive - Peter took the time to show me how to use the utilities when I first moved in and Barbara was quick to respond by email on paperwork and administrative items. Whenever there was an issue, Dendrow was usually able to send someone right away to fix the problem. The only hiccup was negotiating re-signing my lease: I initiated discussions about my lease in May and did not receive a final decision until mid-August, 2 weeks before my lease was up. However, overall I would definitely recommend renting from Dendrow and would do so again myself.

I am a landlord always rented my flat privately this time hadn't managed to get suitable tenants with Gumtree which seems clogged up with ads nowadays. Dendrow offered one of the lowest commissions and I have been impressed with how quickly they got it marketed. Great photos make a difference, Patricia seemed to work tirelessly with the viewings and we got suitable tenants in within a couple of weeks. Having the lease drawn up and signed electronically made things very simple and Barbara dealt with all the admin side of things efficiently. Everyone at the firm was nice to deal with,happy to recommend.

I moved into a property in Ealing last month and the process with Dendrow was easy and quick. i was getting frustrated at some points with referencing, but it wasn't Dendrow's fault, my old landlord took ages to reply. Once moved in, they checked to see if everything was ok and they sent me all the information i'd need for the house. Definitely recommend 100%. no complaints

Had a terrible experience. More a scam than an agency. They were impossible to contact at all times, especially when I needed my deposit back. They were avoiding my calls and ignoring my emails. It took me a month and mentioning court to even get a response. And this is just the tip of the iceberg. From not showing up to viewings to calling and asking for the same details again and again... Terrible. Would definitely not recommend to anyone.

Excellent service at Dendrow in Maida Vale. Saam was very attentive, listened carefully to what we needed and did not stop until we found the perfect place. He was very freindly and is always good for advice. I have dealt with many agents over the years, most of which were always very unprofessional and quite forceful, dealing with Saam and the team at Dendrow was a breath of fresh air. Would certainly recommend.

Dendrow are a very easy and friendly company to be involved with in renting premises. Firstly the prices of the flats are very affordable making it very competitive for London prices. This has definitely made it easy for me and my partner to live in London on part time income. Secondly any issues with the flat, although only a couple of occurrences, are quick in response to fix any issue.

TrustpilotThe Worst Estate Agent in London
The Worst Estate Agent in London I have checked out in April 2018 but have not received my deposit at all yet. Firstly, after sending more than 20 emails in April, May and June, everyone from the agent said only Matthew can deal with the deposit but he was on holiday. Finally, in July, Matthew emailed me a deduction list, which basically said I have nothing to receive. I used a very good cleaning service for the end tenancy service and the property was returned in a spotless condition however Dendro Ltd decided to charge any tiny “damages” such as a scrach on the entrance door, which is without any doubt wear and tear. The funniest part is that they charged me over £600 for repairs of the bedroom ceiling as there were brown marks. Of course, in the 3 years stay there, it happened seven times that the roof was leaking. They were very slow in any maintenance issues and they told me that they will repaint the ceiling when it is completely dry. I have been in London very 12 years and have dealt with a dozen agents. Denro Ltd is the worst. Bad reviews everywhere that took tenants’ deposits. I should check before renting from them. They are on the rogue landlord and agent database (only launched last year) already for unfair trading. The penalty is way to light. This kind of agent should be shut down. Definitely AVOID them. Dont waste your money.

I don't normally like dealing with estate agents but in this case Amar, Zead and Tiana at Dendrow have achieved what many other agencies including the larger, well known ones have not been able to, and in only a couple of couple of viewings as well. In our view this is genuinely impressive. They are all really decent, nice people too and seem to work collaboratively as a team rather than competitively as individuals looking for a commission which is really nice to experience and restored my faith in estate agents. Thank you.

The Trusted AgentProblems never get resolved!
The flat which houses me and 4 other tenants have been staying in is in terrible condition. We were promised repairs to the flat before we signed our contracts nearly 3 months ago and in flat is still in the same way. We get contractors coming in to the flat on numerous ocassions that do nothing to the flat leave and then we get told it will be another few weeks until they can come and do the same thing. Floor boards broken so parts of the floor is uneven, carpets are odd and not been replaced for years it seems and to top it all off we have holes in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms where mice have be coming into flat. Staff are very polite and try to be helpful but I wont be using Dendrow again. This experience has been dreadful.

GoogleDendrow withheld our tenancy agreement for two weeks after accepting our offer, paying holding deposit and passing reference checks in order to give the landlord time to look for more tenants. We were left with nothing and no time to look for a new place.
