GoogleSharon Fernando, Marketing Executive from Dendrow Estate Agents, has consistently helped us to get really good tenants. My husband and I have had a wonderful experience working with her. Ms Fernando is extremely professional; well versed in the rules and regulations relating to property rental. She is very polite, kind, respectful, service-oriented and offers good advice. She thoroughly vets the potential candidates and offers us the final selection. We rely on her judgement and the reasons for the short-list. We have not been disappointed. I am pleased to recommend her. We have also been most satisfied with the services offered by Dendrow. The staff offer excellent services and guidance - more importantly they keep in touch with their clients. We will certainly use them again and certainly recommend Dendrow to everyone!

GoogleI am so grateful to have worked with Sharon Fernando when finding my apartment in London. I moved to London from the US and had to organize all of my viewings remotely. Sharon went out of her way to facilitate me while I was far away, not only with the apartment viewings but also with the many other logistics that had to be coordinated at a distance. Signing a lease in a foreign country was in intimidating process, but Sharon made it as smooth as possible. She was exceedingly amenable and helpful.

GoogleAfter viewing a property with Sharon from Dendrow, I genuinely had my faith in estate agents restored. After I’d had some bad experiences in the London rental market, Sharon was affable, down to earth, kind and efficient and arranged the beautiful flat to be let to us practically within the day. Dendrow have been consistently available and highly communicative. I can’t speak highly enough of them.

Awful company. STAY CLEAR OF THESE SCAMMERS. They stole my holding deposit even though they/landlord didn’t want to proceed with the contract. Please use other agents as they are extremely untrustworthy and dishonest. Never transfer a holding deposit to them as they will find a way to steal your money. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

GoogleThe Dendrow team decorated my flat following a leak from the upstairs property. They were very professional, worked quickly and efficiently, they did an excellent job. They liaised with my tenants directly and removed all stress of me having to do it all myself. I’m very happy with this company and the service, and will use them time and time again.

I was warned by a few friends not to use this company but we were struggling to find a property so we used Dendrow. I have never been so shocked by a company. Overcharging us, ignoring calls, broken things in the house, dirty when we arrived. It’s awful. NEVER use them!!
