I rented a studio in Ealing through them last year. There was no useable shower when I moved in, which should have been checked. However, the agent was helpful in putting pressure on the landlord to fix it. The agent did not shy away from all responsibility as many rental agents in London do and was generally helpful throughout the tenancy, despite there being some issues with the flat. I also got my deposit back as promised and the agent was present at checkout.

Great experience with Dendrow

I had a great experience renting from Dendrow. The staff are friendly and responsive - Peter took the time to show me how to use the utilities when I first moved in and Barbara was quick to respond by email on paperwork and administrative items. Whenever there was an issue, Dendrow was usually able to send someone right away to fix the problem. The only hiccup was negotiating re-signing my lease: I initiated discussions about my lease in May and did not receive a final decision until mid-August, 2 weeks before my lease was up. However, overall I would definitely recommend renting from Dendrow and would do so again myself.

Excellent service at Dendrow in Maida…

Excellent service at Dendrow in Maida Vale. Saam was very attentive, listened carefully to what we needed and did not stop until we found the perfect place. He was very freindly and is always good for advice. I have dealt with many agents over the years, most of which were always very unprofessional and quite forceful, dealing with Saam and the team at Dendrow was a breath of fresh air. Would certainly recommend.

Could not recommend these guys enough. Have looked after us like no estate agents I’ve ever been with. Have had 3 properties with them. Moved through lockdown. Really friendly and personal group who have always taken care of us. Also very responsive with any damage and are usually there to fix it within a couple of days.

SCAMMERS - STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Awful company. STAY CLEAR OF THESE SCAMMERS. They stole my holding deposit even though they/landlord didn’t want to proceed with the contract. Please use other agents as they are extremely untrustworthy and dishonest. Never transfer a holding deposit to them as they will find a way to steal your money. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Friendly, fast and efficient...

We are currently renting a house from Dendrow and I have been really happy with the service that we have received so far. They have gone out of their way to help me and my flatmates during the coronavirus and we are very grateful for all that they have done for us. Special mention needs to be made about John and his maintenance team. We have had a few minor issues since moving into the flat and he has always been incredibly helpful, polite and made sure that the problem was fixed almost immediately. After living in a house for a year where the estate agent never made an effort to fix anything (unless we sent at least three emails)....this experience has been very refreshing. I genuinely feel like as an agency they do try their best to keep their customers happy. I would definitely recommend them.

Great Maintenance Team @ Dendrow

Have been a tenant with Dendrow now for quite a while, and recently needed to have some maintenance works performed with them at my accommodation. The team have been absolutely amazing! I needed the works performed around also needing to gain entry back into the flat myself, which meant stalling the works at times however the team were super understanding and able to work around my needs. Works done within timeframe and to a very high standard. Great communication throughout and minimal disruption. Thanks guys!!

Had a terrible experience

Had a terrible experience. More a scam than an agency. They were impossible to contact at all times, especially when I needed my deposit back. They were avoiding my calls and ignoring my emails. It took me a month and mentioning court to even get a response. And this is just the tip of the iceberg. From not showing up to viewings to calling and asking for the same details again and again... Terrible. Would definitely not recommend to anyone.

We really appreciate Dendrow's efforts in helping to secure us a tenant. We alone would not have found tenant's at a good/fair rate for the flat. I don't normally like dealing with estate agents but in this case Amar, Zead and Tiana at Dendrow have achieved what many other agencies including the larger, well known ones have not been able to, and in only a couple of couple of viewings as well. In our view this is genuinely impressive. They are all really decent, nice people too and seem to work collaboratively as a team rather than competitively as individuals looking for a commission which is really nice to experience and restored my faith in estate agents. Dendrow are a very easy and friendly company to be involved with in renting premises. Firstly the prices of the flats are very affordable making it very competitive for London prices. This has definitely made it easy for me and my partner to live in London on part time income. Secondly any issues with the flat, although only a couple of occurrences, are quick in response to fix any issue.

Efficent letting service

Dendrow just let out my flat once again, the last tenant needed to move out during the term and Simon proposed finding new tenants on pro-rata fee basis, which I thought was very fair. Very efficiently done, lease drawn up quickly, tenant checks done with credit agency, really happy to recommend once again.

Worst agency I've ever used. Welcoming themselves into people's homes with less than 24 hours notice contravening the Housing Act. They are also unresponsive and slow when repairs or other services are needed.
