GoogleGot stood up by Saam Forouhar today at a viewing in West Kensington.. drove over one hour for a viewing and once there waited for half an hour with no way of contacting the agents. There is no way of contacting anyone from the company over the weekend (including emergency number listed on their website). Poor service and would not recommend

GoogleCould not recommend these guys enough. Have looked after us like no estate agents I’ve ever been with. Have had 3 properties with them. Moved through lockdown. Really friendly and personal group who have always taken care of us. Also very responsive with any damage and are usually there to fix it within a couple of days.

I have been renting a place with Dendrow in Ealing Broadway for the last 8 Years. During this long period of time I have had the chance to see them dealing with different types of queries, and I could not ask for more! I have recommend Dendrow to my friends in the pass and I will always do. They are super responsive, quick and attentive when something needs fixing. They use Fixflo to report and track any issues and it does work great! A special thank you to Barbara , John and Matthew from the Ealing Broadway branch, I will always speak highly of their standards and professionalism. GoogleWorst agency I've had to put up with in 15 years of renting. CONSTANTLY welcoming themselves into your home and snooping around your property and possessions with 24 hours notice (if you are lucky!) where other agents will ASK weeks in advance - so unbelievably overbearing - they only care about their landlord clients, if anyone. They are also unresponsive and slow when repairs or other services are needed. They basically give you no chance of meeting their contract clauses and make everything out to be your fault. Desperate to claw into your deposits.

We are currently renting a house from Dendrow and I have been really happy with the service that we have received so far. They have gone out of their way to help me and my flatmates during the coronavirus and we are very grateful for all that they have done for us. Special mention needs to be made about John and his maintenance team. We have had a few minor issues since moving into the flat and he has always been incredibly helpful, polite and made sure that the problem was fixed almost immediately. After living in a house for a year where the estate agent never made an effort to fix anything (unless we sent at least three emails)....this experience has been very refreshing. I genuinely feel like as an agency they do try their best to keep their customers happy. I would definitely recommend them.
