FacebookVery helpful and professional. Our house was sold after being on the market for around 4 weeks. I was then updated regularly on the progress of the sale right up until completion date. Would recommend to others.

FacebookThanks to katie and natalie at ddm gainsborough for selling our property. This was a difficult sale with the property not being in the best condition and the location a remote village. However they managed to pull it off under very difficult circumstances. And they also achieved the asking price for the property. Well done to both of you. And good luck to the lovely family who are moving in today. Previously i also used DDM to rent my house out so i can recommend them to any purchaser/seller or landlord. All services are provided inhouse and we also used their recommended solicitor which took a lot of the stress away from us. With thanks. Have a happy christmas and a happy new year. Keep safe all.

FacebookFirst time using DDM as our selling agent and if we were to sell again in the future, DDM is the only agent we would chose. We have just completed and the Scunthorpe team have been amazing from start to finish! An especially huge, huge thank you to Jamie. Jamie built up a great rapport with us from the get go and we knew we were in good hands. Jamie dealt with our viewings, the solicitors and gave us feedback and updates at least once a week, which was fantastic! Selling and looking for another property is stressful and especially in these uncertain times but Jamie was always positive, helpful and friendly as well as an absolute professional! We would 110% recommend DDM to anyone! Thank you so much!

GoogleNot impressed,despite working as a taxi driver 7 days a week,i have struggled immensely during the pandemic having recieved zero government help,whereas people have been given 3 month mortgage holidays, i thought i might be given a tiny bit of leeway from the letting agent,silly mistake ,i was 10 days late paying one month and my guarantor and i rercieved emails and letters theatening court action

FacebookI’ve just completed my second house purchase using DDM Scunthorpe and this time has been no different to the first; Professional, personable and approachable from start to finish. We dealt with Darryl mostly and were particularly impressed with his customer service skills. Updated weekly, we felt we were always ‘kept in the loop’ and knew where we stood with the purchase. Darryl even contacted us after completion to give send his well wishes. I used a different local agent to sell my property and didn’t hear from them for over a month during the process, and have heard nothing since the sale. If I was ever to move again, I wouldn’t think twice about using DDM. Thanks for a great service.
