GoogleMost of my interactions happened with Ellie Childs. She is very professional and arranged many viewings based on my interests and requirements. She is lively and energetic and is always there if you have any questions . She is on time for the viewings and gives sufficient information on the property and locality. Very happy with the viewings arranged so far.

GoogleI can only say that from the beginning of my experience with Dan and his team at Prospect Winnersh I have been throughly impressed by their professionalism and enthusiasm when it came to marketing and selling my house. But my most fulsome praise must go to Bernadette Martin who was my link between my sellers and my buyers. GoogleAfter being shown around a house by a lovely lady from Prospect Winnersh, which I eventually bought. I had regular dealings with them, as they were my vendor's estate agent. Jay would regularly call and email me when he had queries and was chasing things up, and when I had questions to ask about the house I was buying. I have to say he is thorough, persistent, and keeps a very open line of communication. All in all, a pleasant experience, and many thanks for your help, Jay.

She makes it a point to understand the needs of the customer and follow up with suitable suggestions for properties. She is always available for any questions and is quick to respond. GoogleMansons sold my mother's house for me and my siblings. They were very clear at our first meeting about the process, fees, who would be our main point of contact (important to me to have one person) and what the challenges might be. The house sold extremely quickly and Deborah was clear and communicative during the viewings. When our mother died midway through the process, and everything held up by probate, Deborah was empathic and reassuring and offered options to ensure the sale proceeded smoothly. I would highly recommend this company for a house sale.

GoogleI used In House for the first time recently to find new tenants for 2 of our properties. The service has been very good, very professional. Jon found us a selection of prospective tenants, who were all lovely. So us having to choose was the hardest part. I would definitely use their services again.
