GoogleWe had the best experience buying our first home with David Tate (Henley, Oxfordshire branch). Jo Sutton was wonderful from the get go, she wasn’t pushy or overselling anything to us. When we fell in love with the house and put an offer down, she had it accepted the next day! Jo has been so proactive, empathetic and helpful during this process. She’s helped chase the seller’s solicitors and kept us updated the whole way, she’s made a stressful process that little bit easier just by being with us the whole way. Can’t thank them enough, we bought a house in less than a month and avoided stamp duty with the help of this branch! Thank you!!!

Ah James, thank you so much for your very kind review. I am keen to explain to anyone reading this why this review means a lot. James was in a chain selling through a local agent and buying through another local agent. His seller was buying from me. James was on our mailing list so I had his contact details and as the chain progressed, we helped each other doing all we could to unlock various issues that cropped up along the way. James was really keen to help move things forward and I assisted him with achieving this. He informs me I am the only agent of the three he is leaving a review for and bearing in mind I am an agent he didn't sell or buy through, hopefully this is testament to the effort I make to help get people moved. GoogleLee was very efficient, very helpful, and went over and above in order to secure the sale. After the first sale failed because of a link in the chain, he quickly found another purchaser. Was always pushing tardy solicitors and keeping us more informed than anyone else. Excellent service. Would use again.

Lee at Davis Tate was a specific recommendation to us and I can say the service he provided exceeded expectations when we recently sold our Mother’s house. Easy and clear communication, a ‘get things moving’ and ‘keep things simple’ attitude. I will also say he handled a sensitive situation with care, patience and attention which we really appreciated. Lee also gave us excellent recommendations for conveyancing and clearance. Highly recommended.

Probate sale handled by Lee Russell during summer 2024 into Feb 2025. He was recommended by friends who had recently sold through him. Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Clear, well evidenced valuation and we sold at asking price. Once underway all comms via WhatsApp which was easy and hassle free. Not a straightforward sale, with a couple of odd wannabe buyers that might have wasted our time a lot more than they did had Lee not recognised the signs and advised us accordingly. He worked his socks off and managed the chain like a Rottweiler to a timely completion date. Can recommend him without hesitation and at 61 I’ve moved a few times and had both good and very average service in the past. Best agent by far. Make your life easy and also use Alexa McQueen solicitors in Henley for your conveyancing. Together they were a top double act.
