Professional, ethical, friendly, conscientious and dedicated. Not the cheapest fee but why would you go cheap when your selling what’s probably your biggest asset!

Offered an exclusive viewing and led to believe we would have first offer, we later found out further viewings took place and were out bid. All very suspicious, we were in another one of their customers chain and constantly assured it was in theirs and everyone’s interest to secure the property! Wouldn’t trust a word they say and won’t have anything to do with them in the future! Steer well clear!

GoogleWe did not sell our property through Davies and Davies Estate Agents, but we did buy our property through them. Our mistake was not to engage Davies and Davies to sell ours as well. We found that Davies and Davies offered the support we needed in purchasing our property, even when it required a handover of keys after 6pm. Estate Agents are only as good as their staff, which in this case we must mention Davies and Davies New Homes Negotiator, Charlotte Geary. In all our conversations with her we have found her to be both professional and committed to supporting our purchase to make our transition into our new property as smooth as possible. Charlotte kept in touch with us and always got back to us when we reached out to her for advice or information.
In our opinion, the most common complaint we have experienced and heard from friends, colleagues and relatives about estate agents, is that they do not keep you informed or do not get back to you in a timely manner when you contact them. Charlotte proved this belief cannot be apportioned to all estate agents. She is a credit to Davies and Davies and clearly demonstrates the behaviours clients wish to see when purchasing and selling properties.
We would recommend talking to Davies and Davies before making a decision on which agent to use to sell your property.
