I recently sold a property for a family member. It was very complicated and long winded and without the experienced staff at Davies & Davies Bradford I would have really struggled. Their advice and help was essential to getting this sale over the line and a special mention to Dan and Arnold for this.PositiveQuality

If you need an estate agent then this is the firm to contact. I was a seller. Dan Jones from Davies and Davies valued my property, photographed and wrote up the details. The quality of the brochure and online Rightmove profile was exceptional - far better than any other I have seen. The viewings were conducted during the slightly more relaxed COVID lockdown and were handled brilliantly and safely. The buyers of the property and I were kept well informed as the sale proceeded to completion. Highlights of Davies and Davies: totally professional (Dan was exceptionally good), efficient and knowledgable- a really pleasure to deal with. Lowlights - None!. I would highly recommend Davies and Davies in Bradford on Avon.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Having dealt with a number of agents over the last few years, Davies and Davies have really impressed me - throughout my house purchase they have been proactive, helpful and willing to (patiently) explain the buying process at each stage to a non-expert. Thank you to Arnie, Dan and the team. I would highly recommend them!PositiveQuality

We could not praise highly enough our experience of Davies & Davies and specifically Arnie’s heroic efforts to both sell our property and secure our ideal home. When the sale of both threatened to derail (through an unfortunate and unpredictable set of circumstances), Arnie kept things on track with his sheer determination and characteristic positivity. He always made us feel like we were his top priority and kept us informed throughout the process so that we felt reassured that he had our best interests at heart. Always professional in his dealings with us, Arnie’s affable disposition made doing business with him a real pleasure and kept us buoyed-up when our energy started to flag following setbacks. We would highly recommend Arnie and indeed the entire team and D&D when buying, or selling a property - you will not be disappointed!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We received a very professional service from Davies & Davies when purchasing a retirement property for my parents which they completed on earlier this month. Arnie has a gentle, helpful approach to sales which was very much appreciated given the age of my parents and complexity of the sale. Highly recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Just completed our sale through Davies and Davies Bradford On Avon. We were selling a family member's house who sadly died. Due to the house's condition, covid restrictions - and the fact we haven't sold a house since the 1980s (!) - we needed a lot of expert help and advice along the way. We are absolutely delighted with D&D, from first meeting with Anthony, and the ongoing help and updates throughout the sale from regular phone calls with Arnie, and also Dan, we knew they were the right company for us. They have a great local knowledge of the market, and are very friendly and easy to deal with. Also they thought a little bit outside the box to push the price up for us! The first sale fell through, no fault of theirs - due to the buyer pulling out, and a second sale was lined up very quickly by D&D acting very efficiently and obviously having access to a list of potential buyers. We would 100% recommend Davies and Davies and would definitely use them again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
