We recently used Davies & Davies to sell our house. It was a difficult sale over 18 months. However, Davies & Davies were excellent from start to finish , especially Isaac, who you always felt had your best interest in mind. Excellent experience and I will be using them again if I need to buy or sell again. It’s rare to find an estate agent with a personal touch, if that is what you need with your sale or purchase, look no further.

Excellent agents.Charlee Richards is that rare breed of estate agent who doesn’t do the ‘hard sell’ tactic where one is so bludgeoned by pointless information you just want to leave the property. She brought attention to details which I would not have noticed, yet remained in the background seemingly invisible, allowing me the time to get a real sense of the house but always on hand to answer any questions. A talent not many agents have and an imperative one; you need time and space to ‘feel’ the atmosphere of what could potentially be your new home, and I’m happy to say.. it now is! Isaac is a credit to Davies & Davies after losing my dad my mum who is in her eighties decided to sell her property and Isaac has been so kind and friendly, he has always been informative and reassuring to us all . The minute mum met Isaac, she felt at ease and in safe hands. Despite the difficult market conditions we are going through we have always received prompt and accurate advice enabling us to get mums property sold. Initially we were unsure about selling and the timescale. We contacted Davies and Davies for a valuation but decided against it at that time. Helen kept in touch with us, was very discrete and understanding, never pushy but built a good rapport. When we eventually decided to sell I was in no doubt I wanted Helen to represent us, I had very specific requirements which she understood and managed well. During the sale the whole team were very professional, prompt and obviously communicated well with each other as whenever you contacted them there was a consistent dialogue and messages promptly followed up. Helen was very proactive in keeping us up to date with viewings and developments. I have just completed selling a property with the help of the team at Davies and Davies and am extremely happy with the service I received. Isaac was my main contact throughout the process and is an excellent communicator and negotiator. He kept things on track when the inevitable bumps happened during conveyencing and was very proactive in following up with all parties as needed. This is a kind of interim review of Davies & Davies, Bradford-on-Avon. D&D undertook to sell our property achieving that in very quick time. No-one could have foreseen that our buyers, without explanation, would pull out and now our house is back on the market still with D&D. The plan is to write a comprehensive review of the "office" once our future sale completes. Now, however, seems a good time to comment on one very difficult aspect of an estate agent's job. I am writing this because we feel Mr Sam Long deserves a pat on the back, a few pints in the pub and a "Davies&Davies" Medal of Honour. Really. It was no small thing for him to have to ring and tell us. He knew how invested we are in our future new home and how critical our sale is to that purchase. Anyway, Sam was calm, very polite and re-assuring about ways forward. Obviously we didn't like his message but, really, he delivered it very well and should be commended for his professionalism and great attitude. Sam is a great asset to a great, hard-working team and we are sure a replacement buyer is in the offing. I'll review again once that's happened.😀

I have had the absolute pleasure of having Isaac Sarbatta from the Bradford on Avon branch assist me from start to finish in the sale of my house. Not only is he professional and efficient, he is also extremely personable, enthusiastic and reassuring. Throughout the sale Isaac went above and beyond with regard to his advice and assistance when difficult issue’s arose during the process. I was let down multiple times by my solicitor firm and had no idea what they should have been doing and by when. Isaac guided me through each stage and liaised with my solicitor to make sure issues were addressed promptly. He kept in regular contact with me and always responded in a timely manner when I made contact with him. I could not have asked for a better service and feel Isaac was on top of any issues that came to note before anyone else had even realised.
