GoogleWe recently sold our property through Davies and Davies, and cannot fault the excellent service. We had a long and tough ride with an awkward solicitor on the buyer's side, and a unusual mortgage offer situation, which caused many, many delays. The sale was close to falling through at multiple time points due to this, but Anthony was absolutely incredible throughout, he continuously went out of his way to try to save the sale and we strongly believe it wouldn't have got over the line without him. Throughout, the communication from Anthony was exceptional. Thanks for everything, we will certainly be recommending you!

They went over and above to make our move as complication free and as successful as they could. All this despite their incredibly busy schedules. Over the last few months there has been something of a ‘move mania’ across the country, and through it all they kept their heads, kept their cool, and stayed ahead of the game! they always made time for our questions - no matter how small. From the helpful smile behind the mystery phone call to the knowledgeable advice received during a mystery shopping "door-step" conversation, each and every team member eclipsed their competition!
It didn't stop there! That was the case throughout my sale - from the valuation appointment to completion, I only ever received frank straight talking advice.
Easy to say, you may think, but mine was a far from straight forward sale and it took over 7 months between the two landmark moments but fundamentally it was all achieved without any market driven price re-negotiations!
I do not regret my decision and I would have no hesitation in recommending the Davies and Davies team to anyone considering marketing their house in BoA. No-one else even comes close!
