Anthony and his team have been outstanding throughout the buying process; helpful all the way through and nothing was an issue. Highly recommend and I would say the best experience we've had in the 20+ purchases we've made. 5 star Estate Agents who we shall be happy to work with again in the future!

I have dealt with Davies and Davies for many years now and have always found them to be really helpful both for purchases and with lettings. There is a good team at Westbury. Anthony, Alex and Claire all played their part in completing a recent purchase.

Isaac and his team provided an excellent and professional service when we recently sold a property through the Bradford on Avon office. It was not an easy sale, but Isaac was there along the journey and managed to get the deal over the line despite a number of hurdles on the way. Thanks very much. Much appreciated.

Really great Estate Agents highly recommended; Arnie and Helen particularly were incredibly helpful. When things started to go a bit pear shaped (absolutely not D&D fault) Arnie kept in constant contact driving the deal forward, keeping us informed regularly and getting us to completion - TODAY YAYPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

If you need an estate agent then this is the firm to contact. I was a seller. Dan Jones from Davies and Davies valued my property, photographed and wrote up the details. The quality of the brochure and online Rightmove profile was exceptional - far better than any other I have seen. The viewings were conducted during the slightly more relaxed COVID lockdown and were handled brilliantly and safely. The buyers of the property and I were kept well informed as the sale proceeded to completion. Highlights of Davies and Davies: totally professional (Dan was exceptionally good), efficient and knowledgable- a really pleasure to deal with. Lowlights - None!. I would highly recommend Davies and Davies in Bradford on Avon.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Charlee and the team were so supportive in helping us buy a house in this area. From offer to exchange it only took us 8 weeks, which was a testament to the amount of effort and attention Charlee put in. We really couldn't have asked for a smoother, easier process.

Davies and Davies sold my father's house exactly as they promised. A buyer was found very quickly and at all stages I, being at a distance of 100 miles, was kept informed. Anthony was in regular contact and was empathetic in his handling of the situation which had caused the sale. Dan did a good job of marketing the property initially. Finally, on completion day, I spoke to both Helen and Anthony who were very helpful.

I found the service I got from Davies and Davies was excellent when I was buying my home. I specifically dealt with Charlotte Gearey and she was so helpful and patient with me in my nervousness about making such a big decision on my own. She responded quickly to questions and queries, and followed up and chased when asked to or saw a problem that needed sorting. She helped to make a very stressful time much more manageable and never made me feel like I was a nuisance! Thank you Charlotte. Whenever I contacted the office, whoever I spoke to, they were polite and helpful and expedited my query/question very quickly. In the scheme of things, my house compared to others wasn’t of huge value, but I always felt I got a first class service.

Davies and Davies have guided me through a very long and difficult sale, but at last the Exchange of Contracts has happened. They are very caring and professional. I liked the fact that if someone was out of the office, another colleague could help, because of the excellent staff communications. Manager, Anthony Keane has explained every step of the process and has always been at the end of the telephone to answer my many queries. He picked me up, when I became very stressed with the whole process. Thank you Anthony. Aimee Ashworth has looked after my account and has been fantastic. Aimee has kept me up to date with every stage of the sale. She has given me excellent advice and help and gone beyond the normal service to make sure the sale went through. Aimee would spend hours on the telephone gaining information about each part of the chain, which is spread out across the UK, from Swansea, 2 towns in Wiltshire, Bolton, and Norfolk? Many times it became very frustrating with the lack of information, but all her perseverance has paid off. A great big thank you Aimee for all of your support and help.

My brother and I have been dealing with our late Mother's estate this year. We had to obtain valuations from three different estate agents in the area in order to proceed with probate, and I am so glad that we chose Davies & Davies. Dan, the Assistant Branch Manager, was amazing. He found a buyer for the house immediately. We then had to wait several months for the deed of probate due to the national backlogs at the courts. Dan's total professionalism and hard work ensured that everyone in the chain remained as informed as possible which ensured that everyone stayed patient. From the first day to the last day of the process, Dan was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble; he has such a positive and upbeat manner and his customer service is the best I have ever experienced. Through his excellent knowledge of the local housing market, Dan secured an extra £70,000 on the house sale in comparison to another local agents' valuation. I would recommend Davies & Davies to anyone.
