GoogleI decided to use Davies and Davies to market my property following excellent support received when moving to the area several years ago, and being impressed by their service. I was not disappointed!
Dan explained the process very clearly when he came to give me an appraisal of my property, and followed this up with the preparation of the marketing materials very quickly, which were excellent. Dan and Arnie then ensured all viewings were fitted in around me, which was very much appreciated due to Covid-19 restrictions and working from home.
The excellent support continued all the way to completion, providing updates at all times and stepping forward when needed to ensure we got the sale across the line. 100% recommend them to anyone selling a property in the Bradford on Avon area.

Good morning David
Thank you for your very kind review of the Bradford on Avon team. The team has been working through tricky situations due to the pandemic and are very aware that different marketing strategies need to be in place for different clients and scenarios. It's been hard work, and they are delighted that their efforts have been recognised so positively.
Kindest regards, Davies & Davies

GoogleWe can’t recommend the services of Davis & Davis enough. Agents often come in for a lot of flack, can be considered untrustworthy & unprofessional but without a doubt the team at Davis & Davis dispel all these preconceived myths. From the moment we met Dan we knew our property would be in safe hands, the team worked tirelessly to find our buyer and we always felt our best interests were being looked after. Professional, ethical, friendly, conscientious and dedicated. Not the cheapest fee but why would you go cheap when your selling what’s probably your biggest asset!
Use Davis & Davis and you certainly won’t regret it.

GoogleSo when your property has been on the market for 3 years with so many unforeseen hiccups and hurdles, but your Estate Agent stays with you through the entire journey and achieves the perfect result in the end... then you know you picked a winner! Even with a final chain of 9 and an agonising wait of 6 months the moment you handover the keys on your sale makes it all worth it. I couldn’t ask for a more professional, courteous and friendly team at Bradford-on-Avon, it goes without saying they are the only ones I would recommend. Absolute SUPERSTARS!

GoogleI had the pleasure of dealing with Anthony from Davies and Davies who is a super man. Not only was he polite and well mannered which is rare nowadays with the younger generation but he talked me through every step of my sale. As an OAP I was nervous as to which Estate Agent to go with as some claim to be super heroes but its easy to be caught up in their web of lies. My sale and purchase went without a hitch even during the COVID lock down where I was unable to leave the house. I am very thankful for their help.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleDavies and Davies sold a property for me very quickly and professionally. Anthony valued the property correctly, very speedily gathered all the information and photos to produce the brochure just before lock down, and choose absolutely the right time to then launch the property just before estate agents could resume business. He had already lined up prospective clients to view in the very first week of business restarting. Dan then took over the viewings and sale of the property. He managed to obtain 2 offers in the first week and through his professionalism, communication skills and personality managed to secure a buyer who completed in a very short time scale. I would thoroughly recommend the Bradford on Avon Davies and Davies estate agency to sell your property.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleIt was great working with Charlee at Davies and Davies to sell my house. Always good communication, a steady flow of viewings and helpful where needed in the final stages. Isaac initially valued the house, sharing his in-depth reasoning which gave me confidence the price was fair.

GoogleFrom start to finish Davies and Davies were by far the most professional of all the estate agents we spoke to in the area. They were realistic on the valuation by not making it the cheapest for a quick sale to get commission, nor were they the most expensive hoping to lure my business with false expectations. My property sold very quickly and Anthony handled the negotiation very, very professionally and was level headed and calm at all times. I couldn't recommend them enough and would give more stars if I could.

GoogleWe have met several estate agents over past few years in our house search but find Isac Sarbatta from Davies & Davies to be head and shoulders above any that we have met and had dealings with. He is thoroughly professional, knowledgeable of the area, the market and the properties he presents. Thoroughly inspires confidence in his clients; both sellers and prospective buyers. Refreshing to come across.

GoogleMy son and I were on a two-day visit to the Bradford-on-Avon area house hunting, so when we saw a suitable house in Davies and Davies window on a Saturday lunch time, we went straight in and asked if we could possibly view it that afternoon. I was impressed that Helen had no hesitation in contacting the owners, and arranging such a visit. She also arranged a second visit, and followed up on these visits, which many agents fail to do. Eventually I decided not to move at this time, which she took with good grace. If I were a vendor I would have confidence she would be proactive in my interest, and this was matched be her efficiency and prompt action for potential buyers.
