GoogleCouldn't be happier with the service we had from Isaac, Helen and the rest of the team at Davies & Davies. They came out see the property the day after we decided to put it up for sale, listened carefully to what we were looking to achieve, and had viewings lined up with well-matched potential buyers before the property had even been listed. As a result, it was less than a week between us signing the papers and accepting an offer.

GoogleWe have just completed the sale of our property in Bradford on Avon and cannot speak too highly of the service we have received from Davies and Davies. Communication at all times was excellent and we were fully involved in the discussions over setting an asking price and arranging viewings. All the staff we had contact with were professional and courteous but our main contact was Arnie who successfully negotiated with interested parties to get us a very good offer but subsequently kept a watch over the progress of the conveyancing until completion making sure that any questions raised by ourselves or the buyers were answered quickly, efficiently and cheerfully. He also liased with the solicitors to keep up the momentum of the sale. Having approachable and friendly support throughout what can be a worrying and stressful process is a feature of the great service that you get from Davies and Davies,

View AgentsA great big Thank you!
A massive thank you to Anthony, Ian and the whole team at Davies & Davies. We had a tricky sale involving probate which seemed to take forever(!), but their professionalism and helpfulness were second to none. They found a buyer quite quickly and kept us updated every step of the way. As we didn't live nearby they were also helpful in taking meter readings and collecting post..
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them and wish them all the very best for 2018.

GoogleJust completed our sale through Davies and Davies Bradford On Avon. We were selling a family member's house who sadly died. Due to the house's condition, covid restrictions - and the fact we haven't sold a house since the 1980s (!) - we needed a lot of expert help and advice along the way. We are absolutely delighted with D&D, from first meeting with Anthony, and the ongoing help and updates throughout the sale from regular phone calls with Arnie, and also Dan, we knew they were the right company for us. They have a great local knowledge of the market, and are very friendly and easy to deal with. Also they thought a little bit outside the box to push the price up for us! The first sale fell through, no fault of theirs - due to the buyer pulling out, and a second sale was lined up very quickly by D&D acting very efficiently and obviously having access to a list of potential buyers.
We would 100% recommend Davies and Davies and would definitely use them again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
