GoogleHighly recommend Davies and Davies. Living over 100 miles away, and through these difficult times for buyers, my sale was not without its difficulties. There was always someone to help out as much as possible and they definitely went that extra mile. Including finding and dealing with a burst waterpipe just before Christmas and taking meter readings. There was always someone willing to pop in and check the property if needed. Very friendly and approachable staff and I was always kept informed and up-to-date on how things were going. They gave me peace of mind and it was a pleasure speaking with them and having them deal with my sale.

GoogleHelen and the team have been amazing with the sale of Mothers house in Holt while we were miles away in Devon. We cannot recommend them highly enough, 1st class in every aspect and certainly going that extra mile to ensure a totally professional service. Helen was just brilliant in attending to everything and we could not have effected the sale without her.

GoogleWe’re grateful for the considerate and helpful service provided by Anthony Keane and his team at Davies & Davies resulting in the successful sale of our house. They were always to hand as the sales process progressed and maintained a high level of service throughout, despite the restrictions because of COVID. We have no hesitation in recommending their service to other sellers and buyers. G&SMO.

GoogleIsaac has been professional, knowledgeable and approachable throughout the whole time we have worked with him. From the first moment my husband met him, he shared the information he had gathered about our property and discussed how he saw the sales process going. I was quickly brought into the loop and communication has been easy. The team, lead by Isaac, are open and transparent which has saved us time on our property search as well. Really appreciate the service.

GoogleBig shout out to all the staff at Davies & Davies in Bradford on Avon !
We've recently completed on the purchase of a house marketed by D & D. The process has been very smooth, aside from the occasional external hold-up, but the team were very professional, pro-active, communicative and upbeat throughout.
Special mentions to Arnie who was my excellent main contact negotiator and also to Helen and Alex who also stood in at various times.
Highly recommended for both buyers and sellers.
Thank you
Steve

GoogleWe have recently moved from a property in Bradford-on-Avon, thanks to the excellent guidance and support from Davies and Davies, a local estate agent. Alex Shingler coordinated the viewings and sale of our property. Initial discussions enabled us to more fully understand the process, with a clarity regarding the costings involved too. It helped us to manage our expectations as the sale progressed.
We would like to thank Alex, and colleagues for their time and patience. On a personal level Alex, Arnie, Anthony and Helen were always kind and considerate. I would recommend their services unreservedly. Our experience made us really appreciate the benefits of using an excellent local estate agent.
