Davies and Davies were fantastic from start to finish, both selling our previous home and helping getting us into our new one. Dan went absolutely above and beyond the call of duty to make everything work. We lost our buyer (twice!) but he managed to keep everything together for us. It's a rare pleasure to have been able to work with someone who takes such evident pride and pleasure in his work. Really really couldn't recommend highly enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Helen and the team at Davies and Davies Bradford On Avon have worked massively hard to help us buy and sell houses. They've constantly kept us informed and worked hard to ensure that both our sale and purchase have been agreed in a very competitive market. They are far and away the most attentive agent in the area.PositiveProfessionalism

Everyone at Davies & Davies has been very professional, helpful and enthusiastic about selling our house. They arranged loads of viewings, always gave feedback, and helped enormously to ensure the sale progressed. Thanks particularly to Arnie and Dan, but also to the rest of the team who conducted viewings for us. Would definitely recommend!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Davies and Davies have been the best estate agents I have ever dealt with! They could not have been more helpful and professional, my move has been protracted, with many ups and downs and throughout all the staff, especially Anthony, have been supportive and helpful. They understand the market and give good advice. I thoroughly recommend them.PositiveQuality

Anthony and his team provided exactly the kind of service that i wanted from an Estate Agency - my property was accurately valued, potential buyers were quickly identified; a viewing day was organised and I subsequently accepted an offer which progressed to completion very quickly and efficiently.Throughout the process I was updated on progress by telephone and email. I cannot fault the professional service that I received and would happily recommend Davies & Davies to anybody selling a property in the Bradford on Avon area.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We have been looking for a house to buy over the past few months and found the communication and professionalism to be excellent with Davies and Davies. We had a viewing with them and asked to be kept in the loop with the sale of the property, and all promises were kept with regard to that.PositiveProfessionalism

I cannot recommend Davies & Davies highly enough especially Carole & Catheryn in the lettings department. I needed to find a tenant for my property and approached without hesitation this Estate Agent as they have an excellent reputation. Their fees were extremely competitive and their service fantastic. A tenant was found pretty much straight away and they dealt with all the referencing, contracts, deposit etc. They kept me informed with warm and friendly communication. I really felt like a valued customer and was given a stress free experience THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

The team at Davies and Davies have been excellent. Our sale isn't quite complete but when our initial sale fell through Nick and Alex worked hard to find us another buyer, which they managed in a week! We are also buying from them, and they managed to get us a pre-market viewing, we were able to make an offer prior to the property going on the market. Great service, I would highly recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We've just completed on the purchase of our new home through Davies & Davies in Trowbridge and the staff were quite simply superb. From day one nothing was too much trouble, they were quick to respond to any questions we had and were head and shoulders above other agents we spoke to in the area. Special thanks to Nick Graves the manager, Steve Smith, Katherine Bly and Louise Fowler. When we sell in the future, which we're not planning too by the way, we wouldn't go anywhere else. Quite simply the best agent in Trowbridge.

I decided to use Davies and Davies to market my property following excellent support received when moving to the area several years ago, and being impressed by their service. I was not disappointed! Dan explained the process very clearly when he came to give me an appraisal of my property, and followed this up with the preparation of the marketing materials very quickly, which were excellent. Dan and Arnie then ensured all viewings were fitted in around me, which was very much appreciated due to Covid-19 restrictions and working from home. The excellent support continued all the way to completion, providing updates at all times and stepping forward when needed to ensure we got the sale across the line. 100% recommend them to anyone selling a property in the Bradford on Avon area.

Davies and Davies sold my father's house exactly as they promised. A buyer was found very quickly and at all stages I, being at a distance of 100 miles, was kept informed. Anthony was in regular contact and was empathetic in his handling of the situation which had caused the sale. Dan did a good job of marketing the property initially. Finally, on completion day, I spoke to both Helen and Anthony who were very helpful.
