We did not sell our property through Davies and Davies Estate Agents, but we did buy our property through them.  Our mistake was not to engage Davies and Davies to sell ours as well.  We found that Davies and Davies offered the support we needed in purchasing our property, even when it required a handover of keys after 6pm.  Estate Agents are only as good as their staff, which in this case we must mention Davies and Davies New Homes Negotiator, Charlotte Geary.  In all our conversations with her we have found her to be both professional and committed to supporting our purchase to make our transition into our new property as smooth as possible.  Charlotte kept in touch with us and always got back to us when we reached out to her for advice or information. In our opinion, the most common complaint we have experienced and heard from friends, colleagues and relatives about estate agents, is that they do not keep you informed or do not get back to you in a timely manner when you contact them.  Charlotte proved this belief cannot be apportioned to all estate agents.  She is a credit to Davies and Davies and clearly demonstrates the behaviours clients wish to see when purchasing and selling properties. We would recommend talking to Davies and Davies before making a decision on which agent to use to sell your property.

Thank you so much for everything you’ve done to help me finally find my little house. I love it! It’s been a long, slightly stressful process for me but Dan has been a pleasure to deal with and It’s been nice to find an agent whose on my wave length and not at all ‘hard sell’. I’ve really appreciated how he dealt with the purchase. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dan or use Davies & Davies in the future although I do hope this time I’m staying put for a while!

We wanted to say big thank you to Nick. He has been amazing going through stages of the process and ensuring we are involved in. Nick came to value our home after switching from another estate agent. He took measurements and we discussed through the agreement. We arranged for Nick come back and take photos and video of our home today. It went smoothly and Nick made us feel comfortable. Within a couple of hours, Nick sent us a brochure of our home. We confirmed we liked the brochure and it was launched that evening. Nick is Punctual and a honest guy. We look forward in Nick finding us our dream home. We were impressed with how professional Nick was and answered any questions we have at ease. Nick wore gloves and mask, to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus. Thanks again Nick

Took time out of my day to view a property was chosen by landlord as new tenant on the 28/10 was told this by phone at 17:00 said I would call on 29/10 after lunch to pay required money. To my surprise when I called at the agreed time they had already given the property to someone else. If the communication is that poor between your employees then I would not trust them with your hard earned money! DO NOT USE, UNPROFESSIONAL COWBOYS.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Anthony from Davies and Davies who is a super man. Not only was he polite and well mannered which is rare nowadays with the younger generation but he talked me through every step of my sale. As an OAP I was nervous as to which Estate Agent to go with as some claim to be super heroes but its easy to be caught up in their web of lies. My sale and purchase went without a hitch even during the COVID lock down where I was unable to leave the house.
