I honestly can't recommend Davies & Davies in Trowbridge highly enough. From day one right through to completion, the service I received was professional, friendly, supportive and genuinely outstanding. A huge thank you to Rudy, Louise, Ella, Nick, Oscar and everyone else on the team who helped me throughout both the sale of my flat and the purchase of my new home. What really stood out was how well they communicated. I was always kept up to date with viewings, feedback, progress updates and next steps, so I was never left wondering what was happening or what needed to be done next. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The photographs they took of my property were fantastic, and every member of the team was respectful, courteous and professional whenever they visited. Throughout the entire process, I felt like we were all working towards the same goal. They didn't just do their jobs; they genuinely felt invested in helping everything move forward smoothly and making sure everyone involved was looked after. Buying and selling a property can be very stressful, but Davies & Davies made the whole experience feel remarkably straightforward. I never had to worry about chasing people, coordinating between buyers and sellers, or trying to figure out what was going on behind the scenes. They handled everything brilliantly and kept me informed every step of the way. If I ever decide to move again in the future (hopefully not for a very long time!), I wouldn't hesitate to use Davies & Davies again. Whether you're buying, selling, or doing both at the same time as I was, I can wholeheartedly recommend them. A genuine five-star service from start to finish. Thank you all so much.

We've completed several viewings. The lettings team was very welcoming and provided clear guidance and details about the properties they had on offer. I have had the pleasure in dealing with Ms Keeley Kent to view properties in Wiltshire. She has shown me two properties listed with Davies and Davies. Keeley is not only professional (on time both viewings) but has exemplary personal skills, positive in giving information and transparency about the property she was showing and goes above and beyond her call of duty in understanding the clients/tenants needs and showcasing and explaining more about the area, driving routes and shopping etc. It was Keeley's professionalism and interpersonal skills that has helped us make a decision. I would eventually like to move to the county permanently and would definitely stay with the team that is so professional. Sian and Kirsty are to commanded too.

Selecting Davies & Davies for our house sell was a very obvious choice when deciding which estate agent to proceed with. Having also asked two other companies to assess and price our house for sell. Davies & Davies were the clearest, most honest and definitely most communicative from the get go. Nick was the agent who we dealt with from start to finish and he worked incredibly hard throughout the whole process. Taking 5 months in total for the sell to go through, with complications along the way. Nothing was too much trouble and again, communication was prompt and clear every time. Additionally, our house was snapped up for our asking price before even going to market. What more can be asked for. As a house sell is pretty stressful with a lot of uncertainty. Having a brilliantly reliable point of contact is a must. Davies & Davies will not disappoint and i feel incredibly grateful they were in our corner. In fact, i would say they did a lot of the work that our solicitor should have been doing. Certainly when it came to chasing buyers and sellers agents further along the chain. Overall, dealing with Nick has been a pure pleasure and i highly recommend him and the team over the competitors in the local area. Many thanks for making our life so much easier.

Davies & Davies recently dealt with my house sale. They got recommended to me by a couple of best friends and they did not disappoint. A special shout out to Nick Graves who led the sale and stayed in touch through the entire time. I trusted Nick fully and I appreciated he would always provide me with all essential updates when and where available ( I do not appreciate pointless 'weekly' updates with no real updates which some of the other agents seem to practice). Nick was very honest from the beginning in terms of what's achievable which did not compromise my expectations at all. As a matter of fact, my house found a buyer before they put it on the market. If there ever been any delays, they were not caused by D&D, as a matter of fact, they always tried their hardest to solve any issues caused by others in the chain. Nothing was ever an issue with Nick, he was always very responsive, very clear about the process, always ready to assist and take an extra mile. I felt I was in the right hands, and I say that whilst I have dealt with a number of other agencies recently and the difference in approaches is huge. Nick and the team - thank you for everything, you have been most wonderful.

I had a mixed experience with Davies & Davies. Initially, Sian was very helpful and professional during the tenancy, and I appreciated her promptness with paperwork. However, toward the end of the 'fully managed' let, I felt let down by the lack of professional support during a dispute over final liabilities. Communication became difficult, and I was disappointed to be told that certain tenancy-end issues were 'not within their remit,' despite paying for a managed service. I would recommend them for the start of a tenancy, but I personally wouldn't use the managed service again due to the lack of advocacy when it was needed most.
