GoogleDavies and Davies sold a property for me very quickly and professionally. Anthony valued the property correctly, very speedily gathered all the information and photos to produce the brochure just before lock down, and choose absolutely the right time to then launch the property just before estate agents could resume business. He had already lined up prospective clients to view in the very first week of business restarting. Dan then took over the viewings and sale of the property. He managed to obtain 2 offers in the first week and through his professionalism, communication skills and personality managed to secure a buyer who completed in a very short time scale. I would thoroughly recommend the Bradford on Avon Davies and Davies estate agency to sell your property.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI can’t say enough good things about Davies and Davies! We initially bought our house through them and were very impressed with the service. Really friendly, professional and great communication.
When we came to rent our house we put out to over five agents, and Davies and Davies were by far the best, and also one of the most competitive management fees. Since being with them, they have been amazing, sorting all the various certificates, alerting us of any issues and arranging people to carry out the work. A huge relief, and they were always excellent at communicating and sharing anything, with always a quick response as well. We couldn’t be happier with everything Davies and Davies offers - both letting sales. THANK YOU!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a rating. We have no record of you contacting us and, as we pride ourselves on striving to provide an excellent service, we were very disappointed to see that you had left only 3 stars. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you, so if you could please contact our Trowbridge Office so that we can find out about the experience you had we would be most grateful.

GoogleFrom start to finish Davies and Davies were by far the most professional of all the estate agents we spoke to in the area. They were realistic on the valuation by not making it the cheapest for a quick sale to get commission, nor were they the most expensive hoping to lure my business with false expectations. My property sold very quickly and Anthony handled the negotiation very, very professionally and was level headed and calm at all times. I couldn't recommend them enough and would give more stars if I could.

GoogleI found the service I got from Davies and Davies was excellent when I was buying my home. I specifically dealt with Charlotte Gearey and she was so helpful and patient with me in my nervousness about making such a big decision on my own.
She responded quickly to questions and queries, and followed up and chased when asked to or saw a problem that needed sorting. She helped to make a very stressful time much more manageable and never made me feel like I was a nuisance! Thank you Charlotte.
Whenever I contacted the office, whoever I spoke to, they were polite and helpful and expedited my query/question very quickly. In the scheme of things, my house compared to others wasn’t of huge value, but I always felt I got a first class service.

GoogleDavies and Davies have guided me through a very long and difficult sale, but at last the Exchange of Contracts has happened. They are very caring and professional. I liked the fact that if someone was out of the office, another colleague could help, because of the excellent staff communications.
Manager, Anthony Keane has explained every step of the process and has always been at the end of the telephone to answer my many queries. He picked me up, when I became very stressed with the whole process. Thank you Anthony.
Aimee Ashworth has looked after my account and has been fantastic. Aimee has kept me up to date with every stage of the sale. She has given me excellent advice and help and gone beyond the normal service to make sure the sale went through. Aimee would spend hours on the telephone gaining information about each part of the chain, which is spread out across the UK, from Swansea, 2 towns in Wiltshire, Bolton, and Norfolk?
Many times it became very frustrating with the lack of information, but all her perseverance has paid off.
A great big thank you Aimee for all of your support and help.

GoogleMy brother and I have been dealing with our late Mother's estate this year. We had to obtain valuations from three different estate agents in the area in order to proceed with probate, and I am so glad that we chose Davies & Davies. Dan, the Assistant Branch Manager, was amazing. He found a buyer for the house immediately. We then had to wait several months for the deed of probate due to the national backlogs at the courts. Dan's total professionalism and hard work ensured that everyone in the chain remained as informed as possible which ensured that everyone stayed patient. From the first day to the last day of the process, Dan was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble; he has such a positive and upbeat manner and his customer service is the best I have ever experienced. Through his excellent knowledge of the local housing market, Dan secured an extra £70,000 on the house sale in comparison to another local agents' valuation. I would recommend Davies & Davies to anyone.

GoogleExcellent customer service from Davies & Davies during the purchase of our new house, especially from our main contact Lucia who has been pro-active and on the case with everything that has come up during the process. This is especially important for someone like me who has not bought a house before and was a bit confused by some of the terminology, Lucia was able to guide us through, explain things perfectly and chase things up when needed. Thanks for all your help!

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic! First of all a specific mention must go to Jasmin Hateley, she was incredibly helpful and efficient - a real credit to the company! It is due to Jasmin that I regard Davies & Davies as one of the best estate agents I have used to date. As a company, they were happy to help me (and my partner), through a complicated tenancy process, ensuring that we had all the relevant information and were supported throughout, ultimately resulting in our acceptance and subsequent rental of a property. Top marks, many thanks and I will be recommending Davies & Davies to anyone I meet that needs their services!
