GoogleI, own behalf of my mother, recently arranged a meeting to look at her house. Getting the appointment was very easy, and we were visited by a very pleasant lady Natalia Banos-Gregorians. Her visit was very efficient and non intrusive. She was very well spoke and polite and very knowledgeable with market trends and the area where the property it situated. She was also very clear and concise which, although I was present helped my mother. So credit where credit is due and a big thankyou the Natalia.

GoogleI wanted to get a valuation of my property before I put it up for sale. I invited three estate agents to view and only one estate agent stood out head and shoulders above the rest and that was.
Natalia Baños-Gregorians of Davies & Davies.
Natalia’s presentation was excellent, and very professional. She took time researching the area in which I live to show me the comparison of properties and what I could expect to get as a valuation for my own home. Natalia also brought details of other properties in the area as a contrast which I found very helpful, surveying the area regarding how prices have fluctuated in the past few years.
Natalia of Davies & Davies will be getting my business.

GoogleHighly recommend Davies and Davies. Living over 100 miles away, and through these difficult times for buyers, my sale was not without its difficulties. There was always someone to help out as much as possible and they definitely went that extra mile. Including finding and dealing with a burst waterpipe just before Christmas and taking meter readings. There was always someone willing to pop in and check the property if needed. Very friendly and approachable staff and I was always kept informed and up-to-date on how things were going. They gave me peace of mind and it was a pleasure speaking with them and having them deal with my sale.

GoogleWhile looking to buy a house I have found Davies and Davies to be one of the best agencies. My wife and I have been really impressed with their agents (Charlotte and Ryan). They have been really engaged with us and ask lots of questions to find out what you think of properties you are viewing and to find what you are looking for.
It's early in the journey but I have been thrilled with the experience so far. I will update this review as we get further through the process.
Davies & Davies will be my first call when I come to sell a property in their area.
