GoogleIsaac has been professional, knowledgeable and approachable throughout the whole time we have worked with him. From the first moment my husband met him, he shared the information he had gathered about our property and discussed how he saw the sales process going. I was quickly brought into the loop and communication has been easy. The team, lead by Isaac, are open and transparent which has saved us time on our property search as well. Really appreciate the service.

GoogleI can't sing the praises of Davies and Davies enough, in particular Vanessa Randall-Short AGPP the warmest and efficient Land & New Home Negotiator I could have wished for. Vanessa has supported me every single step of the way as a first time home buyer. Vanessa even supported my access needs of dyslexia taking me through page by page the important paperwork. She made the whole experience joyful, she simplified obstacles and even supported me after completion making sure everything was just right. 5 stars - well deserved. Thank you.

GoogleI cannot rate Nick and team highly enough. When an initial sale fell through with another agent, Nick was very keen and proactive in taking over selling my house. During a period of economic uncertainty I had doubts that I would ever sale, but now with confirmed completion date, it's happening. And this is all due to the help from Nick and all at the Trowbridge office. Highly, highly recommended.

GoogleThe lettings team were able to get my property let pretty quickly at the initial price they estimated. They were good at liasing with the new tenant about a move in date that changed because remedial works were taking too long. I'd use them again to let another property in the area.

During a long and difficult sale process she remained optimistic and patient helping me through some very tricky negotiations - and I wasn’t even paying her fee! GoogleWe recently sold our cottage through Davies & Davies Estate agent in Trowbridge and feel that we had a professional and very friendly service from them which went above our expectations. Steve was our main contact and helped to steer us through everything from deciding when to sell right through to detailed negotiations/discussions with our buyers. We were very pleased with the photographs and video tours taken for the marketing of the cottage which resulted in many viewings and a good sale. We also had a great experience with the rental side of Davies & Davies with Kirsty helping us to find a rental house which was just perfect for our needs. We would not hesitate to recommend the company both for the estate agency point of view as well as the rental side.

GoogleWhat a fantastic first time buying experience with Stephen at Davies & Davies Trowbridge. He was such a huge help from the start and was so lovely right up until the very end when I would call him every day chasing an update (through no fault of his/their own). When we went to pick up the keys, we felt so welcomed and as if he was as excited for us to get them as we were! A lovely touch to give us a little gift bag full of goodies to start off in our new home with (even though the Lindt Chocolates didn't last the 5 minute drive down the road). We cannot thank you enough and would recommend to anyone selling or buying in the Trowbridge area!
