GoogleJust completed on the sale of my property in Bradford on Avon. I chose Davies & Davies to be our estate agent primarily due to Arnold Richardson. Arnie gave me confidence that I would be in safe, knowledgeable and professional hands. Throughout the marketing and conveyancing process, Arnie was responsive and proactive. I can't rate him highly enough. If you're looking for an estate agent in the BoA area, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Davies & Davies.

The process has been very smooth, aside from the occasional external hold-up, but the team were very professional, pro-active, communicative and upbeat throughout. GoogleWe have recently moved from a property in Bradford-on-Avon, thanks to the excellent guidance and support from Davies and Davies, a local estate agent. Alex Shingler coordinated the viewings and sale of our property. Initial discussions enabled us to more fully understand the process, with a clarity regarding the costings involved too. It helped us to manage our expectations as the sale progressed. We would like to thank Alex, and colleagues for their time and patience. On a personal level Alex, Arnie, Anthony and Helen were always kind and considerate. I would recommend their services unreservedly. Such an honest, down to earth and straight talking guy and we knew exactly where we were at each step of the way. Fantastic communication and never took him very long to get back to us which, during the stress of buying / selling, has been unbelievably reassuring. Absolutely couldn’t recommend more
