GoogleWe have been house hunting remotely for a few weeks and have now had chance to travel for viewings. Several of the properties were with Davies & Davies, and Ryan Green has been particularly helpful to us. He was a friendly and helpful point of contact when we were arranging property visits and has been enthusiastic, professional and knowledgeable during each of the viewings.

GoogleMy son and I were on a two-day visit to the Bradford-on-Avon area house hunting, so when we saw a suitable house in Davies and Davies window on a Saturday lunch time, we went straight in and asked if we could possibly view it that afternoon. I was impressed that Helen had no hesitation in contacting the owners, and arranging such a visit. She also arranged a second visit, and followed up on these visits, which many agents fail to do. Eventually I decided not to move at this time, which she took with good grace. If I were a vendor I would have confidence she would be proactive in my interest, and this was matched be her efficiency and prompt action for potential buyers.

GoogleWe recently instructed Isaac Sarbatta on the sale of our property. The level of personal service provided by Isaac and all his team has been first class. We were kept regularly updated and calls were always promptly answered or returned. It really is a pleasure to work with an agent who makes you feel 'you're their only client'. Obviously that is far from the case, but the effort Isaac put into marketing our house certainly made us feel that way and it has been much appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Davies & Davies BOA to anyone else and look forward to working with Isaac and the team again.

GoogleWhilst we didn't in the end buy a property via Davies and Davies Bradford on Avon, Isaac, the branch manager, was exceptionally supportive and helpful during our new home search. He gave great insight into the ever-changing house market, was proactive in making suggestions around properties and search strategies and basically was always to available to talk through the pros and cons of a prospective purchase. I have no hesitation in recommending him and his team to anyone searching for a new home. If we ever moved, we would definitely sell through Isaac as we know that his understanding of the market is up to date, he is reflective around selling strategies and he is honest in his appraisal of the market.

GoogleIsaac is a credit to Davies & Davies after losing my dad my mum who is in her eighties decided to sell her property and Isaac has been so kind and friendly, he has always been informative and reassuring to us all . The minute mum met Isaac, she felt at ease and in safe hands. Despite the difficult market conditions we are going through we have always received prompt and accurate advice enabling us to get mums property sold. Nothing is to much trouble and Isaac answers any questions we have in a professional but also in a caring considerate way. We highly recommend Isaac and Davies & Davies and can’t thank them enough. My only criticism is of the solicitor recommended by Davies & Davies; the service of whom I am particularly unhappy and would not recommend. GoogleJust exchanged contracts on a property purchased via Davies & Davies. David at Davies & Davies was great and worked very hard on our behalf after problems caused by a solicitor. If we moved again David at Davies & Davies would be the first estate agent we contact as he gives estate agents a good name.
