GoogleI would like to say that if ever I have had any issues within my property, they have always been dealt with quickly and efficiently. They have a friendly team of contractors, and the estate agent/ maintenance team keep me updated. I have never had any problem that wasn't dealt with. Makes a big difference when you receive good service.

GoogleI've been letting my property through Davies&Davies for a year now and they've been absolutely great, taking all the stress away. Their communication has also been great throughout, letting me know about any issues and remidal work / repairs required right away, which left me feeling confident that I entrusted the right people to manage my property. This is also backed up by the positive comments recieved from the tenants, who are extremely happy with the property, and how quickly work is carried out when issues have been raised. I'd definitely recommend Davies&Davies to anyone looking to let out a property.

When you move to a new property, a letting agency's clarity and turn-around time on queries is crucial in making the transition less stressful; and if there is any issues with the property, even more so. Davies & Davies has been a delight! Their agents are friendly, knowledgable and prompt. They're partnered with a stable of maintenance professionals and have a online reporting portal to service any property needs. If you're an owner of rental property and looking for a letting agent I highly recommend Davies and Davies. If you are looking to rent, you will be well served in a property managed by Davies & Davies.

GoogleWe've always had a positive experience as renters using Davies & Davies. Home inspections are always carried out with a lot of advanced notice and they've listened to any issues we've raised. I wish the company we use to manage our home was as good as these, but that's a different review for a different time! All round, a really positive experience.

GoogleHaving previously been tenants with Davies, we recently had some issues at the property which needed the attention of the agents. Mark was really a pleasure to deal with and made sure everything was taken care of meticulously and respectfully. We are also now dealing with Nick and Ryan from sales who are also very nice and professional chaps. All-in-all a great company to deal with! Recommend!
