GoogleJust wanted to say how very helpful Kiri, Sian and all the Team were in our recent dealings with them. We needed to rent furnished accommodation at short notice due to being flooded out of our cottage. All the staff were extremely helpful, courteous and very understanding of our predicament and liaised efficiently with the owners and all other involved parties. Nothing was too much trouble and we are very happy in our new temporary home!

GoogleI wanted to express my huge thanks to Isaac and his team at Davies and Davies, Bradford on Avon. Issac, Branch Manager went above and beyond, at a difficult time, marketing my late Mum's house. It came at a time when the interest rates were rising and house prices were begining to fall. Throughout this process, Isaac and his team were extremely proactive marketing the property and had a indepth knowledge in an ever changing market. Up to date market information was always available from Isaac, which enabled us to make informed decisions on any necessary price adjustments. I would absolutely highly recommend Isaac and his team at Davies and Davies, in all aspects of the selling process. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I always felt supported by Isaac's advice, his professionalism, instinct for the market and dedication, backed up by his dedicated team.

The things you take for granted (excellent marketing material, professional hosted viewings etc, etc) are of course first class from davies and davies. But once the offer has been accepted the Team go the extra mile to work with what are sometimes extremely slow solicitors further down the cahin to ensure that timescales are adhered to. We could not rate Nick and his Team more highly - Thankyou

GoogleMy wife and I have been using Davies & Davies Lettings for 22 years. Their staff are unfailingly polite and knowledgeable. You can use your own preferred tradespeople or those provided by them for all mandatory, annual, or biennial safety checks. They keep us well informed, of new legislation requirements and when compulsory checks are due. This gives complete peace of mind and prevents tenants contacting us at all hours, or when away.They also do quarterly inspection’s, get quotes for work required and arrange mutually convenient calling times. They are contactable by phone, email, or by calling in to the branch. The quality of the service is exceptional. We are very happy to offer this online review, Paul Elphick.

GoogleMichael at Davies and Davies was outstanding. He had insightful and expert knowledge about the area and market conditions. We were purchasing a new home and selling our existing house and Michael took care of everything in a professional and friendly way. We were always able to get hold of him and he was proactive in updating us at every stage. When a renegotiation became necessary he was calm and assured, ensuring all parties were able to move forward. We can’t recommend him and the the team highly enough.

GoogleWe have recently moved our letting portfolio to Davies & Davies. The whole process was seamless - handled so professionally well be Sian and the team. We have even managed to place new tenants into a property whilst enjoying a holiday overseas. The team took total control of everything. We had some email communication so that we could just verify that we were totally happy with everything but really everything was smoothly dealt with by Davies & Davies and our new tenants were safely installed on the arranged day. Excellent first impressions which we hope will continue as we progress our relationship with the whole of the lettings team. Update: We are now a few months in and continue to be impress by the Davies & Davies team. Statements and payments to ourself are prompt and efficiently handled. All dealings with Mark and the maintenance team have been painless. They keep us fully informed, which we like, but Mark does a fantastic job of taking the worry and stress away from us as landlords. He has the interest of both the tenant and landlord in mind but sets himself to resolving any matter in a professional way and to bring a resolution in an effective and timely manner. Should any member of the team not be available to take your call everyone appears to be working together and there is clearly a great computer system in place with detailed notes for any team member to be able to pick up and assist. I continue to be impressed by the all round service provided by Davies & Davies. Thank you

GoogleVery professional service. Natalia came initially to carry out the valuation and we were very impressed. Once we had decided to use Davies & Davies I dealt with Ryan. He was friendly & courteous and went through all the things I needed to know. He came back to the house and took the photos as well as showing one person around the house. The photos are excellent and the description is great and describes it accurately. I am very impressed with how well Ryan has communicated and kept me informed.
