Several of the properties were with Davies & Davies, and Ryan Green has been particularly helpful to us. GoogleMark, the Maintenance Manager has been incredible during a very stressful period, with our rental property. He arranged contractors, liaised with the tenant, and updated us throughout. We have no idea what we would have done without his professional and extremely empathetic manner during the process.

GoogleI have not been able to make a new review but also a special thank you to Mark for being so great at fixing my maintenance issues! Within hours of reporting the issue, they had sent someone out to have a look and fix the issue. With other agencies I have had to normally wait weeks to hear anything. Thank you Mark for being so patient with me and helping me out!!

GoogleI recently bought a grade 2 listed house in Bradford on Avon. The process was a nightmare in terms of the conveyancer I used. However, Michael Lancaster-Clark from Davies and Davies went above and beyond in ensuring the purchase went through eventually supporting both myself and the vendor and all times
