TrustpilotDavidsons fail to build to the plan
Davidsons fail to build to the site plan. Which means that over 3 years after moving in we are still waiting for them to resolve their mistake.

GoogleWe really liked the Davidsons homes on this estate, particularly the street scenery, mix of different types of homes, and the spacing in-between homes which exceeded that of other developers. We saw for ourselves how the construction teams took pride in their work and the finished homes were of fantastic quality. Equally importantly, we think that Amber’s customer service was excellent. She was a delight to work with from initial contact. Her responses to enquiries were prompt, helpful and clear, and she went out of her way to find information from architects that was not published at the time. She took us for a walk around the site during construction (with appropriate safety clothing) so that we could see the homes for ourselves, and even called over a Site Manager to answer some questions, which was very informative as a few of the homes were still at foundation level. We cannot fault Amber’s service - her knowledge, experience, and personality shines through - and she was invaluable on our home buying journey. Thank you to Amber and all at Davidsons Grange View.

TrustpilotFantastic experience
We recently bought a Davidsons property and part exchanged our previous property. The part exchange process, communication, sale and aftercare have all been excellent. It really took the stress out of moving for us and we have felt well taken care of throughout. We love our new home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Davidsons to anyone.

GoogleWe Cannot recommend Davisons homes and Sharron in particular, at Arkall farm, enough. Nothing was too much trouble- even during out of office hours and days off, Sharon saw our entire process through until the very end- and even after completion day! So glad we stumbled across this development. 2 weeks in and we are still as in love with the our home as when we first saw it. Thank you for helping us buy our dream home and for being there every step of the way- making the whole process feel as stress free as possible.

GoogleHas been a fabulous experiance with Sharon & Dom @ Arkle Farm Tamworth, we are due to complete on our new home end Febuary Sharon has made our journey very stressfree no pressure also Dom always there to listen to your concerns, Davidsons homes are just on another level from architect design to top quality products used, we have been so happy with top customer service and fabulous listening skills always there to help with any concerns, if you are looking at purchasing a new home please don't hesitate to jump on board with Davidson Homes 5 star service, big thank you to all the team so far so good Peter & Julie

GoogleI cannot thank Sharon from Arkall Farm enough for her patience and understanding. She has been brilliant. She has discussed every aspect of the house with us and has been so very helpful answering all our questions. Currently waiting to Exchange Contracts on our new property and really looking forward to moving in. Whilst writing I have to mention the Site Manager Dom. There was a slight issue that needed attention. Dom met me at the site midday, agreed that a change was required and to my delight the alteration was completed by 4pm that same afternoon. You couldn’t wish for better service. Now to finalise the legal requirements and move in. 🤞

GoogleSoon be moving into our new Davidson Homes at Arkall Farm Tamworth... can't wait! Sharon and Don have made the whole journey so enjoyable. From the first enquiry with Sharon, she has dealt with all queries in the most kind caring and professional way; nothing has been too much trouble. Don the site manager has explain all things to do alarms and wi-fi in a calm and patient manner ( we are oldies!). Any little snags were put right immediately. They make an amazing team. I would recommend anyone buying a new house to seriously consider a Davidson Home... you definitely be won't be disappointed.

GoogleI can’t praise Davidsons enough! From the minute we walked on site, Sharon was absolutely fantastic. We’ve been in our home almost 2 months and the support has been second to none, nothing is too much trouble. We had a very difficult sale to be able to buy our wonderful home and the Davidsons team, with the help of the solicitors and mortgage company they put us in contact with, went above and beyond to help us. Thank you to the entire Davidsons team (especially Sharon, Sarah and Dom).

GoogleWe would like to give a 5-star rating to their professional team. Thank you to Sharon and their Site Manager Dom for helping us with all the arrangements, especially the paving of the tiles in the rear garden. They provided us with professional advice before commencing the work. When we received the keys and looked around the house, we were amazed by the quality. There was nothing that needed to be redone after the professional snagging inspection. Thank you, Sharon and Dom!

GoogleRecently bought a home here. Ignoring the issues with the house a clerical error on Davidsons side meant our mortgage, insurance, deeds etc were all for a property that didn't exist. I spotted the issue and highlighted it with Davidsons and when a manager contacted me was told 'an apology is all we can offer' we will see if they rectify their mistake in a timely manner as they say they will??

GoogleFrom the minute we stepped into the sales office to receiving the keys we couldn’t fault or ask for a better experience. No questions were ever too many or too silly to ask. Every step of the process was very well explained to us by Amber and she always made the conscious effort to make sure we were well looked after, even after moving in! We would personally rate her more than 5/5 stars she and the rest of her team were amazing. Couldn’t recommend her and the site more if we had to. 10/10 from us! Thank you for everything!!

TrustpilotShocking customer aftercare
Couldn’t fault the customer care when we were purchasing our Davidsons home. Our problems have arisen in the aftercare phase. We have a huge litter problem on our plot which has been caused by the builders. As the covenant states that no changes can be made to the boundary lines, we were unable to put anything on our boundary to prevent the litter blowing into our garden. We contacted the site team on numerous occasions and while they mentioned resolving the issue with chicken wire we were continually ignored when we asked when this would be enforced. We then took measures to contact the complaints department and after weeks of chasing, the matter still has not been resolved and they have just closed our case. Not what I expected from what is supposed to be a reputable company. This has been ongoing since July 2023 (7 months). Once Davidsons have your money, they do not care what happens next, but are quick to jump on you if you breach the covenant agreement. Shocking customer care.

Davidsons at Little Bowden did an amazing job. Michelle the Sales Manager influenced her Director to Part-Exchange my Grade II listed cottage. It had recently been refurbished and they managed to get it sold within 7 weeks!! Kelly the second Sales Manager and Barry the Site Manager are superb too and provided fab customer service. Yes, there are some snagging concerns but I am certain they will be ironed out effectively. I love my new, cosy warm home.

I purchased my New Home at Little Bowden Market Harborough, right from when I went to view my New Home while still being Built, the Sales Manager Michelle was Absolutely Amazing keeping me updated with photo’s and information on every step of the way.I can’t Thank Michelle enough for everything she has done for me.On the day of moving in The Manager Barry was also Amazing and so so Helpful, Barry has been there for me since day one helping me with all small issues and getting them done straight away.I can’t Thank Barry enough he is always there for you.Even after moving in Barry and Michelle are always there for you.I would also like to Thank the Customer Care Team for taking care of any small issues I had Straight away for me.I Have a Beautiful Davidson Home.I Recommend David’s Homes One Hundred Percent.Brenda
