GoogleDavidson don't build a bad looking plot. Didn't go to look or buy. Nav took me there by accident. Corby wouldn't be a place I would consider moving too. If I were to buy new build. Would be several conditions. 1, buy off drawing. 2, I want to check it each scaffold lift. 3, I snag it regardless of what Nhbc allows, or site manager. Otherwise it wouldn't be brought by me.

I’ve brought a property from Davison’s and officially moved in September 25, the customer services and care has been brilliant, Charlie, Emma and Lydia have all been excellent with their communication, keeping me up to date on progress, after care has also been good so far, snagging lists all dealt with efficiently even the maintenance men and the sub contractors in addition, this was my first new build off plan, the quality of the house is lovely too. Matched all my needs and more thank you

It’s extremely disappointing to discover, several years after moving in, that incorrect grades of materials were used for the roof installation. Even more concerning was finding waste - including plastic bottles hidden beneath the roof tiles. This not only shows a lack of care but missing key components to the windows installation raises serious questions about whether the roof installation met the required building standards.

Been in our property for nearly 3 years and the dishwasher stopped working. Zanussi engineer visited and was disgusted that the plug was up against the back of the dishwasher and the resultant heat blew the fuse, scorched the socket and melted the back of the dishwasher.

Bought a house from these cowboys and I DEFINITELY wouldn’t buy again. If you want to sort everything yourself then go ahead and buy from Davidsons Homes. The workmanship is SHOCKING. Countless emails and phone calls to resolve any snagging issues. Takes months and months to resolve. Avoid at all costs would be my advice. .

There was so much choice in terms of new build availability in our town but without question Davidson were the highest quality and the sales team were by far the most welcoming. TrustpilotHad to buy new gas boiler and fridge freezer.
The gas boiler in our brand new house needed replacing by us for £2,800 just after its 2 year warranty expired. Our gas fitter thought it was much older than this age, so maybe that's why we were only given a short warranty instead of the usual 7-10 years for this brand. We also had to replace the fridge/freezer because the constant "it's not us, it's the manufacturer" - "No the developer installed it wrong" arguments weren't getting us anywhere and life is too short. It's a long battle trying to get anything done and a thoroughly unsatisfactory customer experience with Davidsons Homes. They cut corners wherever they can. Buy from someone else.
