We really liked the Davidsons homes on this estate, particularly the street scenery, mix of different types of homes, and the spacing in-between homes which exceeded that of other developers. We saw for ourselves how the construction teams took pride in their work and the finished homes were of fantastic quality. Equally importantly, we think that Amber’s customer service was excellent. She was a delight to work with from initial contact. Her responses to enquiries were prompt, helpful and clear, and she went out of her way to find information from architects that was not published at the time. She took us for a walk around the site during construction (with appropriate safety clothing) so that we could see the homes for ourselves, and even called over a Site Manager to answer some questions, which was very informative as a few of the homes were still at foundation level. We cannot fault Amber’s service - her knowledge, experience, and personality shines through - and she was invaluable on our home buying journey. Thank you to Amber and all at Davidsons Grange View.

Absolutely rubbish. We have had our home for just over 2 years and the bathroom pipes have been installed poorly and incorrectly. This has caused damaged to 3 out of 5 rooms of the house, the bathroom, living room, and my infant child's bedroom. It has also caused the floorboards underneath the laminate to rot away and mould on the wall connected to my child's bedroom, which in turn caused damage to bedroom furniture and caused the skirting board to rot away behind the said piece of furniture. Customer service fobbed me off elsewhere. This caused delay and the leak to get worse. More damage caused becuase they could not be asked to investigate. I had asked davidsons to sort the bathroom issues out within the warranty period, and they still put it down to lack of maintance of sealant - what a joke - the sealant has been maintained, and the leak is from behind the shower unit and behind the bathroom wall tiles - nothing to do with sealant and even if it was, the sealant is maintained well. When davidsons workers came to sort the bathtub out (had to arrange on more than one occasion) during the warranty period, 3 men came to do a 1 man job whilst I was home alone and heavily pregnant with my first child. I felt unsafe, uncomfortable and even asked why 3 of them are here, as they were just chatting away and came into my carpeted house with their dusty, dirty and grimey boots. So now I raised the issue of the leak which should have been picked up on when they were "working" on the bathtub during the warranty period. The workers just chat and bring their mates along, so they were not working hence didn't recognise the issue! My family and I have spent nearly £1,000,000.00 by buying 2 houses with davidsons on different estates, and both estates are crap and cannot get things done right. They are legally negligent as their work is poor and causes damage, fallen pieces of the roof from one home, and incorrectly installed water pipes in my home. Would not recommend.

I had a brilliant experience with my recent part exchange and purchase of my lovely new home. Amber and Di , the sales managers were amazing and professional during the whole process and not forgetting the whole team behind the scenes who were also excellent and everything went through within 7 weeks from reservation to completion. I absolutely love my new house, The Chillingham, the post sales team have been very prompt at booking any of my snagging queries, not that I had many, I cannot fault Davidsons so if you are looking for a new build home look no further , I thoroughly recommend them!

After purchasing from other builders previously I was blown away by the service before and after completing on our home. Davidson’s plots seem much larger with bigger garden sizes and a lot more features included, the finish and standards are very high and the site and sales teams go above expectations, they have been amazing. It has never felt like a house but a home and we are so happy we bought with Davidsons, highly recommend and would buy again! Thank you Charlie, Claire, Becky and Eve!!

From the minute we stepped into the sales office to receiving the keys we couldn’t fault or ask for a better experience. No questions were ever too many or too silly to ask. Every step of the process was very well explained to us by Amber and she always made the conscious effort to make sure we were well looked after, even after moving in! We would personally rate her more than 5/5 stars she and the rest of her team were amazing. Couldn’t recommend her and the site more if we had to. 10/10 from us! Thank you for everything!!

Recently bought a home here. Ignoring the issues with the house a clerical error on Davidsons side meant our mortgage, insurance, deeds etc were all for a property that didn't exist. I spotted the issue and highlighted it with Davidsons and when a manager contacted me was told 'an apology is all we can offer' we will see if they rectify their mistake in a timely manner as they say they will??
