Googlei used daniels esate agents in kensal rise when looking for a property to rent, i must say i was very pleased by the service i recived from all of the staff inparticular the negotiator leigh givnan, he was extremley patient and helpful throughout the process. i would highly recommend this branch

GoogleGreat agency. We recently rented a house in Kensal Rise via Daniels that we found online. My partner and i had to move super quickly from Ireland due to a new job opportunity in London. We experienced an exceptional service from the initial short list of recommended properties, flexible and convenient house viewings at weekends / evenings through to straight forward negotiations with the landlord and a clear explanation to the process, contract that we were signing and inventory. All in all much easier than we had expected. Thanks a million. RW

GoogleA very unpleasant situation when we were supposed to move out. Waited for the deposit to be returned a long time, after sending plenty of emails to the agent we dealt during the contract , Anish, and to the manager directly, with no reply. After a last one mentioning we will take it further, the agent texted back instead of emailing. Also, it was agreed that after we move out he would take the letters coming at that address after a week and we would come over to the agency to take them. I was really dissapointed when he told me that it is not his job to go to the property and do so, even if he confirmed it to me previously. Since March, I did not get any of my mailing letters from that property. During our 4 year renting contract, we never disturbed the agency with requests, as we did all the work and remewing as it was our own house. That is the main reason why the disappointment was bigger at the end of the contract. Also, to mention that we paid £600 when starting the first year contract and £200 every year for renewal, which is a lot comparing to our current letting agent we have rented the house from.

GoogleI am very Please with renting service from Daniel Estate Agent . They are having range of property as per client budget . Initially they discuss with client and understand requirement after that they offer renting service . I have contacted Humzza one of Daniels estate agent . he has ensured , that I should be getting THE BEST service and transparent agency charges , value for money . Thanks for that.

GoogleCalled them recently to arrange a viewing of an apartment which - according to them - was still free. I left them my details and number. They told me that they will get back to me in just a moment, because they have to speak to the tenants first. Fine! The truth is: they never got back to me! I find this extremely respect-less and arrogant!
