GoogleWe sold our very first property through Daniels, John Buckley dealt with everything from the beginning and I must say the experience was extra special. We felt like we can trust them 100% to get the best price possible for us and we did. Throughout the whole process John was so pro active as no other estate agent would and went above and beyond to make the sale go through as smoothly as possible. We also took their advise on other professionals for our purchase and they were also true to their words and did an amazing job!
If I'm selling or buying again I think this would be the ONLY estate agent I would trust 100%.

We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and experience in handling of the sale of our property which was handled by Simon and John. We got the full asking price for our property which we appreciated very much and were dependent on for us to move to our dream home.
A special THANK YOU to Mr John Buckely who went above and beyond to get us our new home. He was extremely reassuring and supported us throughout the whole procedure from start to finish during stressful times. Everything was done to our liking and all the dealings were very clear, precise and transparent. His knowledge of the market and area allowed for all our questions and concerns to be tended to in a prompt manner. We were kept informed every step of the way and had a very positive experience buying our house with his assistance.

FacebookHad multiple issues renting with the Neasden branch.
Rude staff, had to repeatedly chase maintenance issues such as the roof leaking,.exposed pipes, rotting floor boards and what I suspect was my toilet leaking waste into the floor which were never resolved, fobbed off with excuses saying I emailed the wrong email address, in reply to my email to that exact address.
Had to chase my deposit through the Tenants Deposit Scheme as our deposit was protected by this. Was told it would take a month or more to get back, it has to be returned in 10 days or under, under the scheme. Thanks to the scheme I managed to get it back within a few days after I requested it, staff were very rude when I called up to speak about it and was spoken to in a very poor manner.
After we put in our notice, we had issues with viewings, they didn't have a spare set of keys for our property meaning we always had to be present which doesn't work well when you work full time, and also are trying to sort everything out for moving house. This also would have been a big issue in an emergency if we had not been home.
There was also a big issue with turning up after the agreed viewing for 1 person only at a specific time, the agent came back 10 minutes later with another viewing which we weren't notified for.
Had multiple issues with downstairs residents, to the point the neighbours were complaining to the council and nothing was ever resolved despite being told several times they would be evicted any more incidents were to occur.
At no point did we ever receive an inventory, check in inspection, check out inventory.
I made a complaint when I handed my keys through a letter, I also emailed, left a voicemail and verbal compliant and surprisingly I never heard back from anyone at all.
Overall was an absolute horrendous experience and I would never rent from Daniel's ever again.

GoogleI had booked an appointment to view a home with one of the representatives at Daniels Estate Agent.
I was going to give them two-stars at first, to not seem bitter, but once I wrote this review out I realised how badly this estate agent performed for a potential customer. No address given, no work number given, no update of appointment cancellation, no call to apologise, no call to rearrange, missed out on property in the following days. Huge disappointment.
Several days before the viewing the estate agent sent over details regarding the property, no new information, nothing that we couldn't find online already. Most importantly they failed to give the exact address of the property and the work contact number for the estate agent who had arranged to meet us.
We ended up finding the property by doing guess work through looking at the picture displayed online and matching with the flat in real life. We waited for the estate agent, but he did not come. We called the office on the number provided, but they were closed. We somehow managed to find the number by diving deep into a google search and after trying several numbers we were finally redirected to the office. We were told that the estate agent, who had arranged to see us, was not on shift that day and no one would be coming to assist with the viewing as the owner was busy that day and the estate agent failed to inform us of the cancellation.
I waited and expected a reply to rearrange when the representative would be back on the Monday; however, I did not get any call back to apologise or to even rearrange. I called on the Tuesday to find out that they had just taken the property off the market as they had found a buyer.
The sales department need to have a strong look at how they treat potential customers. I suggest anyone who has gone through anything similar let them know, because it's a disgrace.

The property you were trying to view was one which attracted a lot of interest. We received many multiple offers on this property and we followed a process agreed upon with our client, the owner to ensure a sale was agreed to a qualified buyer.
By nature we are unable to sell a property to more than one person and our process is designed to try and prevent the process of gazumping which we feel is particularly unfair to buyers.
