After 8 months of house hunting, I came across with Krishan from Daniels when I went to visit a flat that because of my bank didn't work out. So when I gave up on buying a flat, even I always said I would like to live on a high floor, Because he understood what I was looking for, he found everything I want on a ground floor, even the view. Very helpful throughout the process. I couldn't be more proud of my new home, Krishan I will always be thankful for it. Thank you so much Tiago Ruiz

Very poor service. Finalise to rent a house and paid £500 deposit and send them documents and told my landlord I will moving and week after they call me and I was thinking he said all done but he said landlord gave house to somebody else but how it just from daniel agency let the house . I called to company for deposit and 2 weeks after they refund my deposit ✋if they don’t want to gave me they should said on viewing time and I will find somewhere else.

We just tried to letting a propety with them. We found a flat it was in good condition. I told them we want that flat, we would like an apply. She send me the application form. I filled up, I sended back with all of the paperworks. Then she told me, they will look after everything and they call me back soon. Then nothing not happend. Few days (3-4) later I called them what is happening because I really dont know what is going on Im just waiting for the credit check. She sad to me the flat is gone. I was really angry. Then she wasnt sure about the flat. I send them an email as well. Then they called me back with this: The flat is gone already. Sorry but if I have to running after the flat, its really not nice. Its your job, not mine.

Good Evening and thank you for your review. There seems to be some confusion surrounding the above so I am happy to clarify the situation. Your references were not complete until you provided the right to rent documents on 2nd February at 11am. At that time we were able to recommend that the Landlord accept you as a tenant. The Landlord responded on the 3rd February that due to a personal situation outside his control he was no longer in a position to rent the property. We passed this information to you immediately, on the 3rd February. At that time we scheduled you in to see other alternate property. This took place on the 4th February. We have called and emailed you twice since that time but not received any reply. I had booked an appointment to view a home with one of the representatives at Daniels Estate Agent. I was going to give them two-stars at first, to not seem bitter, but once I wrote this review out I realised how badly this estate agent performed for a potential customer. No address given, no work number given, no update of appointment cancellation, no call to apologise, no call to rearrange, missed out on property in the following days. Huge disappointment. Several days before the viewing the estate agent sent over details regarding the property, no new information, nothing that we couldn't find online already. Most importantly they failed to give the exact address of the property and the work contact number for the estate agent who had arranged to meet us. We ended up finding the property by doing guess work through looking at the picture displayed online and matching with the flat in real life. We waited for the estate agent, but he did not come. We called the office on the number provided, but they were closed. We somehow managed to find the number by diving deep into a google search and after trying several numbers we were finally redirected to the office. We were told that the estate agent, who had arranged to see us, was not on shift that day and no one would be coming to assist with the viewing as the owner was busy that day and the estate agent failed to inform us of the cancellation. I waited and expected a reply to rearrange when the representative would be back on the Monday; however, I did not get any call back to apologise or to even rearrange. I called on the Tuesday to find out that they had just taken the property off the market as they had found a buyer. The sales department need to have a strong look at how they treat potential customers. I suggest anyone who has gone through anything similar let them know, because it's a disgrace.

We received many multiple offers on this property and we followed a process agreed upon with our client, the owner to ensure a sale was agreed to a qualified buyer. By nature we are unable to sell a property to more than one person and our process is designed to try and prevent the process of gazumping which we feel is particularly unfair to buyers. Your interest has been noted and in the event of the sale not proceeding to exchange of contracts we will be happy to contact you. The worst agents I’ve ever dealt with. Very unhelpful - will not go out of their way to sort any issues out. Landlords beware, not an agent you want to have your property managed by.

All 5 star ratings are posted by Landlords, because they are only ones protected in a deal with these people. Tenants doesn' matter. I hope Google will introduce soon 0 stars rating for this type of situations. Highly NOT recommended (Neasden Branch)

In May I requested Daniels to list my flat for rent. They listed my flat as available from July - instead of June. They insisted on block viewings to convenience themselves, turning up late or not at all for viewings. So, instead of welcoming viewers I found myself embroiled in arguments with them about group/block viewings. Daniels made prospective viewers wait days on end for a day that suits themselves; Wednesdays and Saturdays, by which point prospective viewers had cancelled and/or looked elsewhere. I expressed concern at this practice and received nothing but excuses. I subsequently requested Daniels to remove my listing: A day later I received a phone call from Sam whereupon he tried to bully me into dropping the price of my flat. I insisted that my listing be removed. Daniels also behaved in a similarly awful way with a neighbour who considered listed her flat via Daniels. She also rebuked them and removed her listing. I have since reported them to ARLA. Also many "positive" reviews appeared this past week in order drown out the older negative reviews, that in itself is suspect

I'm surprised at all the negative reviews below as my experience with Daniel's Estate Agents was anything but. My partner and I found a beautiful property to rent for a very competitive price with the help of Dina. We were lucky enough to have been one of the first to view it- and on a Saturday! I was very grateful to Dina for taking time out of her weekend to arrange the viewing. Correspondence with her throughout the offer, holding and tenancy agreement process was swift, easy and convenient; as she was willing to communicate with me via text (due to the nature of my job making it difficult to take calls). She was very proffessional, and promptly relayed to us any information we required regarding the property and landlords wishes, and was even happy to fit us in to her busy schedule for a secondary viewing on short notice. I hope that people do give this agency a chance and don't judge them solely based off of the reviews seen on here.
