John Buckley of Daniels in Wembley sold the house in 24 hours before it even came on the market. Many estate agents promise the world.....John Buckley promised and delivered an accepted offer in 1 day. If you are looking to buy or sell in the area- there is no one better.

GoogleHorrible experience with Daniels Estate Agents.Unorganised and very rude staff. The management of Neasden is ridiculous. I suggest you not to rent properties from them!!! They are insulting and disrespectful towards tenanats for reporting problems in the property. Why would you call me lazy for not taking measurements in the property?That's very unprofessional. GoogleSpoke to Darshan who stated someone from Sales would call back within an hour. 4 days later, no one calls back. I gave Darshan all the info regarding the properties I was interested in. Called again 4 days after, and spoke to Michael. I explained the situation and NOT once did he apologise for his colleagues/companies failures. Honestly an absolutely pathetic incompetent individual. I asked him for various information and he did not have a clue, kept saying they do not have this information and hence it reflects on the price. This is a property purchase, and they could not furnish me lease information. I stated other agents are able to provide this information and he got defensive. His attitude is awful and I have seen so many reviews about this individual on Google. In addition, they are so unethical as a company, they accept offers and still list the properties for sale asking buyers to improve on these old offers. Sly, Manipulative, Thieving, Conmans - Buyers and sellers jut steer away, not worth it!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleFrom putting my property sale in the hands of John Buckley and his team at Daniels Estate Agents Sudbury on 11th June, to Completion on the 7th August, I was impressed by the efficiency, sensitivity and value for money of the service. The marketing on line and locally was very effective and several offers were received within the first week. Careful Covid safe practices were followed at all times. Communications with the team were straightforward and clear. They worked seamlessly with my conveyancing solicitors and my removal team. Because of the excellent abilities of the Daniels Team I was able to meet my own urgent deadlines and I am very grateful for this. Thanks to everyone involved. GoogleWe mainly dealt with Jon Hughes from Daniels Estate Sudbury but we know that Jon had the support of his manager and agency owner in this transaction. From the onset, Jon listened to our requirements and needs and wasted no time in presenting us with appropriate properties for viewing. Once the offer was made and the conveyancing process started, Jon kept us informed and we could always call him to get an update. There was always clear communication between us, buyers and Jon. He understood that all parties needed to be treated with professionalism as we, buyers, could potentially become sellers in the future. Jon also recommended a conveyancing solicitor that turned out to be the most effective that we came across. We may state the obvious, but we had a bad experience with a well known competitor (whose name starts with F.) who failed to communicate with us, potential buyers, and kept us in the dark until the very end (3 months were wasted by then !) and the conveyancing specialists they recommended created the most stressful situation. We highly recommend Daniels Estate Agents Sudbury. We will keep them in mind if we sell our property.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI had an unpleasant situation with this company, I posted pictures to a fake property. I made an appointment to watch it. And at the place without I saw something else, misery, sockets fought with tape, no tidy. Quite another property on the same street.

GoogleJust a bad morning? I've called them this morning, just after 9am about a property to buy. Michael picked up the phone, but he knew nothing about that particular property then, and asked me to call back the office in half an hour to talk the competent person. (I have found it unusual he didn't offer to call me back...but hey, no problem just yet...) BUT! When I called back the office about 30 min later also he picked up the phone again, and I asked for the right person to talk to about the property. He just said, go ahead, -what I want to know?. I have found its's strange, the same person few minutes earlier knew nothing but know he educated himself and able to give me details. He asked me about the price, but he didn't say first he needs to identify the property by the price, because they got 2 in the same development, but sound strange why he asks me a main details what he should know. But he finally gave me the details what I needed to know. Then I said is not for me, thank you, he just said "that's fine" and put down the phone on me without saying goodbye, thanks for calling or something. The all conversation was unpleasant, unfriendly, he seemed arrogant, unprofessional and no mannered. Awhhh... what a Friday morning.... Thanks Michael. :(
