GoogleI haven't really had a great experience with agents in London before but it was an entirely different experience with Daniels and more specifically Jon Hughes from their team. He was really helpful and prompt in arranging the viewings as per my requirements and thanks

GoogleThe estate agent was proactive chasing all the parties and intermediaries like solicitors and mortgage advisors to finish the deal quickly. I could see that this agent has showed extra interest to finish the deal. I would have given 5 stars if they have revealed correct numbers about an element and also if they have had removed the SOLD hoarding from the property soon after the purchase.

GoogleI haven't really had a great experience with agents in London before but it was an entirely different experience with Daniels and more specifically Rachel from their team. She was really helpful and prompt in arranging the viewings as per my requirements and thanks to her promptness was able to get an offer accepted on one of the properties. Currently in the process for the final agreement but hopeful of a good experience there as well. Strongly recommend Daniels for housing needs.

GoogleDo not rent any property of this agency !!! They do not return your deposit !!! The agency that holds the deposit withheld does not return your deposit. They do something with each other, because there was no reason to withhold our deposit and even so they withheld and did not return it. They simply did not accept service notes. They really use canine tactics to keep their deposit. I never recommend !!!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI just wanted to say I'm incredibly disappointed in their services, and will never be recommending or using when it comes to selling my property. I enquired about a flat for sale by calling, and was told the agent representing this property would call me back the next day. GoogleVery bad service by Sam.... You guys should have some agreement with landlords as well not to back off at last minute. You guys wasted our time we could have got another place by this time. I can’t say it’s been an enjoyable experience but you have done absolutely everything possible to achieve an excellent result, make it as smooth as it could be and, perhaps even more importantly, to ease the stress as far as that could be done.
