Great team genuinely look after you…

We recently moved into one of the new build properties in the Novo development in Drayton, Portsmouth. The sales team Tracy & Val were brilliant. Really friendly, and walked us through the whole process from start to finish making it really easy. We encountered some challenges during the purchase and both of them used their internal network to unlock issues which ensured we were in our new place within 8 weeks from paying the deposit. The initial snagging and support has also been very good. Currently raised some issues through the after care team and hoping this goes as smoothly as the experience with Dandara to-date. Would thoroughly recommend a Dandara new build.

Dandara, Hazelwood Development

Bought a bungalow at the Hazelwood development 2 years ago. Absolutely love this place. Houses are beautiful and the area has a great bus service that goes down to the beach. Donald, the salesman was the best. Never felt pressured into buying the property and he did help us make up our minds. Lovely place to stay and our neighbours are fantastic.

Dandara Aberdeen (Hazelwood)

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Dandara (so far). The sales process was very smooth and easy, with Donald (sales advisor) keeping good communication throughout the process, were great and very supportive throughout the process, reassuring us and answering our silly questions with the utmost professionalism! We moved into our new house roughly 6 months ago and the little issues (because there’s always some) received the best attention from the costumer care team who have arranged for these to be promptly resolved.I can honestly say that the whole process was made very easy by Dandara and the costumer care has been surprisingly exceptional!! Can only recommend!

5 star builders

Bought a home in Dandara’s Shawfair development just outside Edinburgh. From start to finish we were looked after, you hear some nightmare stories about new builds but we didn’t have anything like that. Mostly because site managers John & Stevie prioritised customer service and went out their way to ensure we were happy with every little detail. Excellent value for money.

Dandara hazel wood Aberdeen

Dandara hazel wood Aberdeen. I’ve been here for a year now and my first impressions were really positive and have stayed that way ever since. The landscaping of the scheme is really good and the build quality is excellent. I love living here in my little two bed bungalow which even has a utility room - a real selling point. Donald Watson the sales man was extremely happy to show me round and my extended family on several occasions before reserving the property so I’m very grateful to him and the customer support people. However, I’ve never had a snagging problem and dandara seem to have thought of all possible finishing touches. I have settled in well and have no intentions of moving till I’m taken out in a box!!! Not a day goes past without me thanking God for this home.Alison Laing

An exceptional team here at the Hazelwood Development. From the start to the finish, I cannot fault the service I have received from the sales team through to the customer care team. The care and the reassurance of purchasing my home, made it very easy on ourselves in what can be a very stressful period in our lives, however not with Donald , he was very efficient and I absolutely love my house here.

Jersey Team

I have always found the team to handle our tenancy very effectively. Whenever a change of tenant has taken place the change-over has been seamless and any minor repairs are dealt with quickly. I have been kept informed of any changes in legislation e.g. electrical inspections and owners’ responsibilities e.g. complying with building insurers requirements.Overall, I’m very happy with the efficient and courteous service provided by the team in Jersey.Doug N
