I have been dealing with Becky Turner Knowles at the Dandara Deal office.I am buying one of their houses at Wingfield Place.Becky has been extremely helpful and gets back to me on all the questions I have asked. In fact all the people at Dandara have been very good to deal with as I visited various of their projects.But Becky couldn't have been nicer or more cheerful, so deserves a 5 star review.Thank you.

The whole team have been amazing, from when we first enquired with Andrew last year to moving in June 2023. Andrew couldn't have been more helpful and always went out of his way to ensure we were happy. Max has also been great, answering our questions and making sure jobs have been done when asked. All the builders have been polite and helpful and keeping disruption to a minimum.I would definitely recommend buying a house from Dandara.

We recently moved into our forever home after securing our plot around 8 months ago. Andrew in the sales office has been great throughout. Always friendly, polite and professional. I’m very near completion of buying a Dandara home and it’s been such a great experience. From the very first time I popped to the sweetings to have a little look, customer service has been 10/10 and I also instantly knew I wanted to buy a home there. I popped into the sweetings office this week while in the area and was really impressed by the team there. Unfortunately, I was more interested in shared ownership properties which aren’t sold from there but Amy and Emma were really polite and gave me lots of useful information about the area and how I could get in touch with Sage. Tommy was kind enough to show me where the shared ownership houses were so I could get an idea. Whilst I won’t be purchasing directly they made me feel incredibly welcomed and informed so I hadn’t wasted my time. Thanks very much.

We have recently completed on our new build home at the Pippins development in Hamstreet and couldn't be happier with Dandara as a company. Previously, we owned a new build flat from a large developer and had countless issues and problems, that were very difficult to get resolved. Sceptical on new builds we only popped into the Pippins to have a look at the quality of home to confirm our decision. However the quality of the homes here were brilliant, traditionally built and aesthetically great.We met Joe in the Sales suite who answered every question we had, was open and honest on the every step of the process and would always ensure we were happy. We were able to witness all steps of our home development so we could see first hand the difference in the build with DandaraEmma and Tommy along with Joe have been so helpful at every step of the journey, and now we are in continue to ensure everything is going ok and helping us solve any issues. My faith in new builds has been restored thanks to Dandara and the team at The Pippins. Really recommend their homes.

We have recently moved into our New Build home in Hamstreet Kent and we love it. We have previously lived in a new build flat from a different larger developer and we were apprehensive buying another new build property given the less than ideal experience we had with them. However, we are extremely happy with our purchase, with Dandara and with the quality of the build. We looked at the development initially in January 2023, Joe & Tommy were extremely helpful and knowledagble and made everything much easier for us to process. Emma has also been extremely helpful in getting any issues resolved for us quickly! We reserved and exchanged in April/May and Dandra moved forward our completion date from the initial estimate so that we have now moved in. As expected (and with any new build!) there are some snags we have found but they have been quick to sort and the team have been really easy to work with an approachable. I would fully recommend everyone i have met at Dandara currently - The quality of their homes are much better than others i have come across and the staff are friendly and reliable.

We recently purchased a house on the Paddock View development in Yapton. Our experience started back in February where we met Jo, who gave us so much of her time on two visits, showing us available houses until we found the right one for us. Throughout the whole process Jo and Val in the sales team were amazing. They supported us through some very difficult and stressful times. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even offering to assist with the sale of our then current property. The communication and support was excellent at all times. We are so grateful to the whole team including Sam (site manager) who has been very helpful resolving all the snagging issues which were fixed within a short time scale. He regularly checked the process until complete and we were happy. We would definitely recommend anyone thinking about purchasing a Dandara home. Thank you to all the team we have found our dream home.

TrustpilotSo we have lived in our Dandara Home…
So we have lived in our Dandara Home for nearly 3 years and have been waiting for 18 months for a retaining wall to be fixed. The mortar is crumbling and there's cracks appearing. The garden is a bog and been part fixed with nasty grids that have now rusted. I am promised every time I contact Customer Relations that it will be fixed but it never is.
We're sorry to hear this. We understand from the team that this is being looked into and our contractors are booked to visit on Monday.

I have been with Dandara for over 4 years now and I can always depend on them to act fast on concerns or requests. I needed a spare fob for the main door where I live, Samantha sent me an invoice and as soon I paid, the fob was ready for collection the same day. Amazing staff and great customer care.

We took so much of your time, & you showed us 4 amazing homes, different sizes, but boy, did they tick all our boxes! By the end of the day we had received follow-up correspondence from you, especially for a second viewing, the whole family this time! Communications very clear. Agents, very helpful and understanding. Vital when sometimes juggling work demands, with being available of contractors etc. Nothing seems to be a problem, if I have a problem as a tenant in turn quick attention to my need, or my expectations' managed.

Half a mile from a Dandara development and we have had weeks of diggers ruining our grassed areas because they didn’t sort out they had no sewer connection for their 600 houses so wehave had to put up with their mess on our estate
