TrustpilotNot for me!
First of all, your web page was misleading; it stated that there was an open day to launch the barns, which suggested that there would be one to view. Not the case! It was impossible to gain a feel of the whole development as the only viewing available was one house. Whereas I like the internal colour scheme, the house itself was a real letdown. It did not make the best use of space and apart from the kitchen diner, it was very cramped. You had compromised on space to gain extra rooms as a selling point. Not the house for me. Shame!!!!!In addition, because there was another possible buyer before me, I was not able to experience the full sales information
We’re sorry you weren’t able to experience the barns at The Russetts. We sell a number of homes off plan and the event was designed to give people the opportunity to be the first to reserve but we take on board your feedback that this should have been made more clear. We do hope to welcome you back again.

TrustpilotExcellent Service
Alannah was very helpful and answered all our questions on the Hazledene Development. We chose Hazeldene as its a lovely location in the city but with a suburban feel, close to plenty of assets and amenities. The house is perfect for our growing family and Alanna helped us to make this important choice.
Thank you for your great review, we're pleased you've found your perfect home with us.

TrustpilotPearmain Place
I stopped by Pearmain Place on Monday as my mum is looking to move to the area. Tommy was so helpful and patient - his local knowledge is exceptional and due to our shared love of walking he recommended some lovely areas around walshes park and the Ashdown Forest. Sadly I hear he hasn't actually managed to finish one of his charity walks (due to a rogue toenail I believe) but luckily he's a better salesman than athlete and mum can't wait to visit when she's next in East Sussex. Thanks Tommy!
What a wonderful review - thank you! We're delighted to hear you've had such a positive experience with Tommy, he'll be so pleased with your comments.
