TrustpilotAmazing experience with Brendan at Dandara
I have always seen Dandara from a distance and from a distance the company appeared professional and classy. Truly they are professional and classy because I had an exceptional experience with the company. Upon meeting Brendan, who showed me around the apartment I was interested in, I was almost certain that I would take the apartment. He was extremely welcoming and provided a detailed tour, offering detailed information about the apartment. Brendan was very prompt in responding to my emails, which made me feel like a priority. He was readily available to provide clarifications and guidance whenever we requested it.I had a really good experience with the company and I gladly recommend their service.

From our initial visit through to the completion and our move-in day, the sales team was very supportive. Katie, Jo, and Kelly at Saxon Park, Biddenham, answered all our questions with patience and clarity. Their services made our home-buying journey very smooth. Even after moving in, they have been supportive and responsive to our questions. We highly recommend Dandara to anyone looking to buy a new home. Thank you for your outstanding service!

TrustpilotDandara team were a pleasure to deal with!
Clair, Brendan, Terri and the rest of the Dandara team have been a pleasure to deal with. In slightly complex circumstances they went out of their way to help and assisted me in securing a lovely apartment at Westview. They kept me informed of timelines, took account of my needs and delivered on my requirements. The team knew the property well, all checks / info they needed from me clearly explained and articulated, property handover to me simple with a walkthrough with Terri and I expect property handback to be just as easy and straight forward. Biggest compliment is that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team.
Thank you for leaving such a great review, we're delighted you had such a positive experience with the team.

TrustpilotThe whole team at Dandara Towerlands
Jo and Catherine in the site office were very helpful all the way through the process of purchasing my house. A special thanks to Jo, who I mainly dealt with. From her first showing me round the show home and around the site, looking at available plots. To then explaining all the purchasing paperwork to helping when conveyancing needed a push.Adrian, the site manager has been really friendly and helpful in helping me to settle in. Nothing is too much trouble for him.The whole team made very smooth and easy, what could have been a difficult process. Thank you.
Many congratulations on your new Dandara home, we're sure you'll be very happy there! Thank you so much for leaving such a wonderful review, the team will be so pleased with your comments.

TrustpilotReally beautiful house
Sarah was very knowledgable about the houses, and she gave us the option of an escorted tour or for us to wander around ourselves. My only criticism ..was that we were unable to walk around a showroom of the house we were interested in.Beautiful house space.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a great review. Apologies you weren't able to see the house you were interested in, we typically only have one or two show homes to demonstrate. We'll keep in touch and let you know as the site progresses and there's more to see.

TrustpilotDandara - Saxon Park - Can't beat it!
We purchased a home from Dandara, on their Saxon Park development, earlier in February this year, and it was a great experience from start to finish, albeit only a few months! The sales team, Jo and Kelly, were great help. They took their time in understanding our needs, went through all the available plots that suited us, and we ended up settling on our now, new home! They were extremely accomodating with our questions throughout the purchase, and as helpful, once we moved in, sending through all the docs we needed pretty much straight away. The development and the house itself is great. Very minor snagging, and were dealt with extremely efficiently. No issues at all with workmen or building work on site and they are very quick to react to any issues or concerns.Overall, a very pleasant experience purchasing with Dandara and would have no hesitation recommending them, or purchasing another Dandara home, in the future. Thanks!!
We're delighted to hear you've had such a positive experience throughout your homebuying journey with the team. Thank you so much for leaving such a wonderful review and congratulations on your new Dandara home.

Elliott was very helpful and polite. He was able to talk me through my options on the development via the very useful touch screen on the wall. He was also able to show us the show home even though we didn't have much time as needed to get to another appointment.
We're delighted you had such a positive experience with Elliott and we hope to welcome you back soon.

TrustpilotRenting and purchasing with Dandara
I rented a new 2 bedroom Dandara apartment at Westmount, Jersey, through Dandara’s rental management team in 2018 for around a year. I found the apartment to be constructed to a really high standard and enjoyed living there. At the time, Metropol, Jersey was being constructed with similar style apartments and I decided to purchase a 2 bedroom apartment in 2019 to live in. I still enjoy living there 5 years later.Additionally, I purchased a 1 bedroom Metropol apartment in 2019 to lease out through Dandara’s rental team. The service from the team has always been excellent. Throughout the period I have owned this apartment they have found good tenants without any vacant periods.
Thank you for leaving a lovely review, we're so pleased to hear you've had such a positive experience with us over the past six years.

TrustpilotNothing but positives.
Since viewing properties at the Elsenham site the team have been nothing but brilliant with us.We have been amazed by the customer service from Rebecca and Sara in the sales office and this has continued through the site Manager Scott since moving in.We were apprehensive to get a new build however the quality has been amazing and we were blown away by the plot size and garden compared to other developers.Since moving in all snags have been addressed promptly and the builders cannot do enough to help the transition go smoothly. From helping with deliveries and general advisory on how to make the most of our new home. Scott and his team continually go above and beyond.Plot 7
