Chelsea showed us the properties and made sure that we understood the process properly, the staff are very friendly and welcoming and helped us find the ideal home for us. Although the last tennant didn’t have knowledge of us visiting, this was the landlords problem as opposed to CPS.

Dreadfull! Desk, chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers took six weeks to arrive in a student let! Leaking radiators, shower not working, open light fitting, no doorbell, broken toilet, missing lock, bed falling apart, dirty mattress, stinking sofas, mould on walls and now a gas leak........just some of the delights you can expect from a CPS property. They present themselves as efficient but nothing gets done unless you repeatedly complain and they still charge £800 PER MONTH!!!

The worst letting agency in Cardiff. We gave them a date we would be moving out of our student property so that they were able to carry out checks in order to return our deposit. 2 WEEKS before this date I go to my property to see that an expensive handbag, bedding and clothing had been removed. When asked where it was and who had taken it we were told they had no recollection of anyone being in the house. Now they have claimed money OFF our deposit for REMOVAL OF RUBBISH. We did not want these things removed they removed them 2 weeks before the date we agreed to move out and then charged us for it. Absolute disgrace I would go anywhere but here as any problems in the house they don’t sort, they rip you off and they let people in your home and then deny it. They also had 2.5 on reviews but now suddenly have 4, which is funny as I don’t know one house of students that actually had a pleasant experience with this pathetic company. I’m embarrassed I even used them.

I have worked with CPS twice now, both experiences have been positive.1) Years ago I was a tenant with CPS and although some mistakes were made at the beginning of the tenancy, they took full responsibility and made up for the errors. Maintenance was always carried out on time, and they were the first agents not to make deductions from my deposit for normal wear and tear on a property. Our deposit was returned straight away with no fuss.2) We have just bought our first house with CPS and Sian has been amazing throughout the whole process. Very impressed with the service we've received.

I have used CPS for some time to find tenants and manage my property and I am happy with the services I have received.The management of the property was good. The team are always available to sort out any problems or issues with tenants. Services to the property is done very quickly. All contracts and documentations are hassle free.In terms or finding tenants, they were also quite efficient. The rental value achieved for my property was one of the main positive aspects of CPS. Tenants were found within a very short period of advertising which puts the landlord mind at rest from very early on.The only drawback comment is that I found it to be slightly pricey compared to managing the property myself (not including the agency fees). The charges for services are higher and in average, more services were carried out compared to self management. Perhaps this is the cost of having peace of mind when renting a property?Overall, I am satisfied with the service I received and I would recommend CPS as letting agency.

As a landlord of 3 properties I find that they provide a good, friendly, comprehensive service. They look after all the small details and give knowledgeable advice, whilst at the same time leaving the bigger decisions to me. I would not think of using anybody else in Cardiff.

CPS managed my rental property for 10 years. And then managed to sell it at a very good price given tought market conditions. I have always had prompt service from the team. We have been able to siefly resolve landlord / property issues. And they have excellent coverage and knowledge of the local market.
