I have been a customer since 2012/13 with just one property. Any issues are resolved with best method but not the most expensive and I contact the manager if I wish. My property is let early on in the year for Sept. I am happy with their service I can forget about my property. I recommend CPS Woodville Rd.

Both bought and sold property through CPS with the help of Sian from the Albany Road branch. We got our asking price for our property and bought a house we love. CPS Homes have been my managing agent of choice for at least the last 9 years. They are easy to deal with and have kept my studio rented out over that time. A further plus would some styling advice to ensure the flat is looking it's best for the short periods in between tenancies and to maximise the rental income or is that asking too much?Thanks for your help over the years CPS Homes.

Everything was great. The staff were very helpful on viewings and were willing to answer any questions we had. The only issue I had is that having to pay a deposit of £350 within two weeks has really set me back financially for the term.

Avoid! Extremely poor customer service. They don’t even have the decency to call and tell you your appointment has been cancelled they’ll just wait for you to call when you’ve been waiting at the property 10 minutes to tell you that it’s been cancelled. And then don’t apologise and tell you the office who deals with it will call you back and not call back because nobody has the integrity to take accountability for their actions!

As a landlord I am very satisfied with CPS (Nikki) homes .The only bug bear is the inconsistent date(days) that they transfer the money(rent) across. They should agree a date and stick to it not chop and change from one month to the next Mortgage companies don't allow you the SAME flexibility!

Quick and helpful service and we are very happy with the home we went for, however there was a lot of pressure placed apon us to go for the house there and then. It was very obvious they were trying to pressure us and it almost put us off getting the house even through it was the one we wanted!

My friends and I have recently been looking for a 6 bed house to rent for our final year in Cardiff. Late this afternoon we visited the CPS Homes branch on Woodville Road. Our property advisor, Gareth Coleman, showed great customer service this afternoon and I feel his good work should be credited. On the house viewings, Gareth was very chatty and interested in our honest thoughts of the properties. When returning to the Woodville branch after, Gareth was understanding of the fact we were unable to purchase today and was willing to help organise second viewings (as not all 6 members could attend today). We were concerned that we may be pressured into making sudden decisions, but instead found the whole process stress free. I would like to congratulate CPS for their great customer service. My house mates and I plan to continue working with your services for our final year.

I had an excellent service from CPS, Angela and Sian were both fantastic from start to finish. They kept me up to date with everything through the entire process, and were always lovely to deal with. They also were able to help me sell my house in less than a week of putting it on the market, and got me over the asking price. I would always recommend CPS to anyone else looking to sell or buy a home.
