GoogleAmazing team! On the ball with everything and so quick to help especially Florence! Really kind showing us about the flat and answering any questions we had. She was also very quick to respond to messages and calls that we made to her explaining things that we weren’t too sure about yet and just being available to pick up the phone made every difference to us! Writing this review before we see if our applications get accepted so fingers crossed!! Thank you to the team especially Florence for everything you have done for us!

At CPS Homes, we know that clear and timely communication is essential, particularly after a viewing, and it’s certainly not our intention to leave prospective tenants without an update. We would not be able to successfully let properties if we routinely failed to respond, so it’s clear that in this instance there has been a breakdown in communication, for which we apologise unreservedly. We’re also sorry for the confusion caused by the initial pricing information and for the inconvenience of the cancelled appointment. While mistakes can occur, we appreciate how this, combined with the lack of follow-up, would have felt discourteous and a poor use of your time. We are now looking into what happened internally and will be reviewing this with our Lettings Team to understand where the process fell short and to ensure that issues like this are not repeated in future. Your feedback is being taken seriously and will be used to improve our service. Once again, we’re very sorry for your experience and for the uncertainty you were left with. After going through a number of difficult situations in my past, including the distressing experience of losing the sale of my flat just before Christmas and having to renew everything from scratch, I decided to contact CPH homes and they were there to guide me at every stage. They provided clear and thoughtful advice, always ready to answer my questions and reassure me when I had doubts. Especially when I felt nervous, with so many things to manage while selling and buying a property, they remained attentive and professional even when matters became particularly stressful. Their dedication, patience and kindness made all the difference, and I felt fully supported throughout the process. GoogleMyself and a friend recently visited and found a flat together with Florence's help! We initially came in hoping to view another property, but after a conversation and a quick search from Flo, she found us the perfect place! She took time to answer all our questions, took us to view the property and offer insightful info. She was also extremely helpful when sorting out the official paperwork, involving a kind suggestion over a tricky email which really helped lower my stress! I'm aware some estate agents can be extremely pushy (especially to students) but Flo was the perfect level of honest yet thoughtful, laying out facts while remaining (what felt like) concerned primarily for our comfort / needs in our house search. Overall, my CPS experience has been wonderful simply because of Flo. She has been nothing but kind and genuinely helpful, successfully navigating a stressful time! I'm sure the rest of the in-house CPS team are lovely, but I'd suggest anyone who is looking to book a time-slot here to ask for Flo. You'll be in very lovely hands! Thank you Florence!

GoogleExcellent Cardiff agency. Really care about the tenants and landlords. Push the landlords in the right direction to getting properties and furniture modern, fresh and clean. Shabby properties, mismatch furniture, student lets are no longer what people want/expect (who knew?!) and very grateful for the support and guidance to getting property fabulous. Rhys and the team are great to work with and recommended a brilliant builder Simon who did the job from start to finish, no hassle
