GoogleVery good service, the viewings were quick but faultless. The letting agent showing us around our chosen properties was very friendly and was able to answer any queries we had.

GoogleOne of the better estate agents. Go out of their way to find you a place to your specifications and they themselves take care of some properties as well so it gives you confidence in the brand. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to rent a house.

GoogleVery professional and helpful, some criteria wasn't fulfilled 100% but understandable as not everything can be covered in every property. Despite this I am very happy with the property we ended up choosing and would definitely recommend CPS to others.

GoogleVery informative staff, was able to view the property we liked very quickly and was able to see all the rooms in said house. Staff where able to tell us how much the bond and fees would be on the day and gave us time to think before we took the property.

GoogleQuick and easy process, got straight to the point, no pressure and a great atmosphere. Being our first time renting they were clear on all aspects and we felt relaxed the entire time. Would definitely recommend!!

GoogleAs a group of first year's looking for a house we had no idea what the the process for buying a house was. We had previously looked at other letters who had seemed keen to force our pricing budget up and try to take advantage of our naivety. CPS however, sort of took us under there wing. Treating us to their sweets in the office and explaining the step by step procedure the company takes to signing the students to the house, answering every question welcomely and planning out which houses the students would like to visit. I would recommend this letting agency to any student in Cardiff and it thoroughly deserves the awarded 5 stars!

GoogleThey have sweets in the office for while you wait! The agent that showed us round the houses was really friendly, honest and did not try to make us sign that day which some agencies do. The houses are really nice and so much better than what we are renting at the moment.

GoogleI have just signed up for a house with CPS today. Whilst looking for houses I found it very useful in that they were easy to talk to and were always free to pop in and chat too. They kept us well informed about possibly viewings of houses we liked and were flexible with arranging our viewings. All the houses we saw with them were of good quality and now we can't wait to move into our new home in july xx

GoogleWe had just booked an appointment to see two properties for our second year of university.While viewing the first house, and hearing our comments, our guide suggested another house they had to let. This ended up being the house we took. Amazing help, described in such a way which was not daunting to first time letters like ourselves. Plus, big jars of jellybeans to munch from! Overall, great experience and would recommend to any first time letters; as they are amazing help

GoogleThe booking process was very easy as was the whole process of taking the house off the market. All questions were answered and landlord was very accommodating and agreed to renovations of the house before moved in and this was mediated by CPS. Very friendly agent and seems to be more of human touch compared to other agencies in the area. Pleased so far with overall service :)
It's great to hear that we found you a house you like. Agreeing renovations and improvements is what we're here for. You ask us and we'll ask the landlord, then hopefully we can come to an arrangement that everybody's happy with!

GoogleWe've recently just moved flat using CPS homes. The customer service staff were all very helpful and very knowledgeable about the flats we viewed. when we finally decided on one, they were very helpful with the contract and negotiating with the landlord about putting in some new furniture for us. I'm very happy with our experience so far and would recommended them to anyone.

GoogleVery friendly and understanding to our important needs of viewing the same time we walked in. Had a good knowledge of every apartment which assured me that they were professional and knew what they were doing. They had a nice sense of humour that made us feel comfortable with the cps employee. The houses were very cosy and their were only a few issues with some housings but nothing to be completely put off by. Found our new home perfect for our studies and hope to stay in this household for a good couple of years. Thanks CPS Homes.

GoogleCPS Homes have been absolutely brilliant in all aspects of their management service. The whole on-boarding process was smooth and I very quickly managed to get my first set of tenants arranged last year, having struggled for months with my previous letting agent. I have been well informed at all stages by friendly staff and have already signed up my next set of tenants for maximum rent next year, having completed a few suggested improvements. Very happy indeed.
