TrustpilotExtremely knowledgeable, very friendly and always professional
Nathan is one of the friendliest, most knowledgeable and professional agent in the business. His 'can-do' attitude is a huge bonus when selling and buying. I have sold and bought 2 properties with him and can confidently say that he makes the process so much easier by being involved. Nathan keeps me informed at every juncture and does everything he can to get the process moving as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend using Nathan as an agent to buy or sell a property and would personally not choose to use anyone else as part of one of the most stressful processes in an individual's life.

Trustpilot5* Estate Agent
Following several word-of-mouth recommendations, I chose CPS Homes to sell my property in Cardiff.Every aspect of the process was excellent and hassle-free. From the class-leading standard of photography and advert listing, to the personal and professional service provided by each team member involved. It really serves to place CPS far above the competition. They really went above and beyond to meet my specific needs. For my money, it's the only serious choice in Cardiff Real Estate, and wouldn't hesitate to use again for buying or selling a property.

TrustpilotAssisting a lost Canadian in need of a great flat
The CPS team, especially Flo (Florence B), were both helpful and professional through the process of securing a property. From accepting inquiries to sending over all required documentation, the process was completed very quickly and efficiently. I am looking forward to hopefully completing the process and letting under the CPS firm.

We signed a house with Florence. We were lucky enough to sort the house quickly due to her quick communication between us and the landlord. She was lush to speak to and made sure we understood everything before signing/ paying for anything! I would like to also mention her team were quick to answer the calls and give any help they could when Florence was not in the office!

TrustpilotCPS media team
Scott and Josh in the media team were very friendly and helpful. Josh arrived promptly on the day of the appointment. He went around the house taking photographs and made a video. I am really pleased with the results and the quality of the end product will be a great way of marketing the property to tenants.

TrustpilotFantastic
Sian was fantastic from the start of the process through to the viewing day and subsequent sale. The video and images certainly brought out the best in my property as we had over 100 requests to view, Sian narrowed this down to 25 viewings and we had a similar number of offers. We sold the next day.

TrustpilotVery happy with the Find a Tenant service
We decided to rent our flat and used CPS for their find a tenant service. As this was our first rental, CPS's agent Florence Bailey was extremely helpful, advising us on how to prepare the flat, organising the safety certificates, registering with RSW etc. The flat was marketed very quickly, and we were shown a number of prospective tenants soon after. CPS carried out financial and reference checks on the tenants and handled all the contract signing. I would definitely use CPS again and thanks to Florence for making the whole process as simple as possible.

TrustpilotGreat communication
After a really hard few weeks trying to find a suitable property in the current rental market, I have just secured a lovely modern flat near the city centre through CPS homes. Their communication throughout the process has been really good, calling back when they said they will, responding to emails promptly, liaising with the landlord on all of my questions, and explaining things as much as I needed. Special thanks to Cath, who first set up the viewing for me, and especially to Jordan Parry who showed me round and talked me through the application process after. Very friendly team. Would recommend

Just purchased a small block of 8 units in central Cardiff. There were many things the previous owners have failed to keep up with and as a result managerially it was a bit of a mess. So I was very relieved to have Chelsea from CPS to help sort out a myriad of issues that were necessary to resolve and finally get it over the line. Thanks for the help.
