GoogleGreat customer service. Staff are always friendly and polite and prompt in their responses. Minor maintenance issues we've had have always been completely quickly even when they aren't priority repairs. I've been a tenant for 3 years and I've never had an issue with neither the letting agent or the landlord. Extremely happy to continue to live in a CPS managed property.
Recent experience with Sam in maintenance for a request to the landlord. Extreme quick and punctual and can't thank him enough for his service! :)
