I had a house viewing with CPS Homes today, unfortunately our first choice was unavailable however the agents went over and above to find us worthy replacements for that property. In fact in the end, we decided that one of the replacements was even better than at first glance and we decided to go ahead with that property, overall great experience and i would definitely use them again and recommend them.

GoogleGreat customer service. Staff are always friendly and polite and prompt in their responses. Minor maintenance issues we've had have always been completely quickly even when they aren't priority repairs. I've been a tenant for 3 years and I've never had an issue with neither the letting agent or the landlord. Extremely happy to continue to live in a CPS managed property. Recent experience with Sam in maintenance for a request to the landlord. Extreme quick and punctual and can't thank him enough for his service! :)

Angela took on the sale of two houses for us and managed them beautifully. She arranged open houses on consecutive days quite soon after seeing them herself and showed at least 35 people around over the two days. Both houses were sold on their open day. Her pleasant manner and her competency made the whole process easy. I would recommend her and CPS when selling. They kept in touch with me on the progress of both houses and chased the professionals involved which took the pressure off selling two houses at the same time. Thank you!

Tiffany and CPS were very helpful from the start. I was always kept fully informed of any potential viewings and if there was a change to the booking I was notified immediately. Any queries I had Tiffany dealt with in a swift and professional manner. I would certainly use CPS again when selling a property.

Dealt with CPS Homes and Tiffany as a buyer. It was a positive experience and the viewing process and beyond was professional and helpful. They were acting as agents for the seller, which is their job, but making it easy to view and go forward from there helps everyone. We bought a flat CPS were marketing and if we were to sell it in future we would start by approaching them to do so.

Our experience with CPS Homes has been positive throughout. The initial positive, helpful and friendly advice given by Angela when we were deciding to sell our property made it easy for us to choose CPS. That decision was never put into question throughout the selling process. Chelsea is clearly on top of her game and very professional in keeping the progress moving forward, particularly when liaising with our conveyancing solicitors. We are grateful to all CPS staff that were involved in this sale. Thank you all.

Thank you to 'team' CPS! The marketing and selling of my former property was first class. The photographs and video are what sold it. The only reason I didn't give a 5* was because the length of time from sale to completion was hideously long. Nothing to do with CPS but I now understand why it is such a stressful experience for all concerned. 'The Subject to Contract' was explained that it could take up to 3 months but not 'Why' it takes that long. The paper trail between conveyancers is a complete nuisance for buyer and seller and this is where the Estate Agent becomes piggy in the middle. They have done their job but are then at the whims and vagaries of solicitors' annual leave and whatever other excuse they choose to put forward for delays. No reflection on CPS but we all seem to be victims of this unnecessary chain. Diolch am eich gwaith.
