GoogleWorst letting agency. My advise don’t use them. They are currently letting out a property to students on Salisbury Rd. This house has so many issue. It’s quite shocking that they have never been in this house to view it before renting it out. So they don’t understand the issues. Either the landlord does not want to spend any money on this house or the letting agency is not tell the landlord the problems. Don’t waste you money renting this property They have been reported to Cardiff council

We’re keen to know more about the circumstances and the property, as we inspect every property we manage before, during (multiple times) AND after each tenancy, so your comments regarding never visiting don’t ring true to us. We’d appreciate more information being sent to us on this. You can do so via feedback@cpshomes.co.uk. We wonder if the property you’re referring to is managed by the landlord themselves, rather than CPS Homes. Whilst we may have performed a tenant-find service for the landlord, that’s as much as we do, so the landlord handles all aspects of maintenance and inspections, as they are entitled to do. They will be registered and licensed with Rent Smart Wales for this. If you have concerns over their management of the property, we first recommend raising these with the landlord themselves, but if this doesn’t yield any positive results, then Cardiff Council and Rent Smart Wales are where you may refer your concerns to. GoogleAgain, fantastic service from CPS Letting agents and Rhys. They gave great advice and managed to increase my monthly rent by 25%. The property was let within a week. They are spot on with pricing and tenant sourcing, referencing etc. I have used them for many years and would highly recommend them.
